    I am filing a complaint on my stay below and requesting a FULL refund for this 1 night stay, the front desk supervisor named ********** only refunded me back $80 out of the $450 I was billed. When checked into this hotel room I went to take a shower after a long day traveling. there was no shampo, soap or conditioner in my shower. so i found a housecleaning lady in the hallway and asked for these items, she was in the middle of cleaning the dirty room next to me with some white towel that had ***** and black shower grime on it, when she came into my room she had that towel in her hand and set it ON MY BED. so this nasty dirty cltoth from cleaning the toilet and bathroom of the person next to me was put on my bed. i immeidiatly complained and noone ever came to change my sheets or anything. my telephone never worked in my room either, I had to keep going down to the front desk, and 85 % of the staff do NOT speak english or understand english to commincate.
