    Between Jan 8-Jan 9 I stayed in room 4111 at the Four Seasons hotel in Chicago. While I had a decent experience, there were some significant bumps/problems with my stay. First, I had an issue getting to sleep due to the creaking sounds of the building, while earplugs were provided to help mitigate this, I found the ones the property provided were insufficient and therefore, got little restful sleep that night. This creaking was NOT advertised. In addition, after I checked out, unbeknownst to me, I had left behind several important items. Upon discovering this mistake, I returned to the property within 5 hours to ask for my property back. Unfortunately, after having security check for these items, they were either stolen or thrown out. One of these was a cell phone charger that could have easily caused serious problems for my trip. The front desk was able to help out by providing me a spare charger, however the one provided did not have enough current to charge my phone quickly and I had to deal with that for the rest of my trip. In addition, I had left several documents/papers of great sentimental value (and rather important to my trip). These, obviously, could not be replaced.I am extremely disappointed that this property could not hang on to lost property for the few hours it took me to discover it was lost. I am also miffed that the creaking of the building was not advertised. Despite this, I would like to give the Four Seasons another chance, but only at a different property, therefore I would be asking for some kind of voucher/credit worth $200 that I could use at a future stay. Thank you so much for taking the time to address my complaint.
