    I placed an order on February 3rd, 2024 in the amount of $8,769.00 which was paid in full via credit card for a new skid loader which was supposed to be delivered in 4-7 days. The company is refusing to send me the skid loader or refund me the money because the freight company they used badly damaged the unit (it never made it to me at all). The unit had been attempted to be transfered to a different freight company here in ****, however, because it was damaged they would not allow it to be delivered. The freight company had called me notifying me of the damage and also sent pictures notifying me why it couldn't be delivered. I am going on 3 weeks and they are flat out refusing to ship me something I paid nearly $9,000 for AND are also not giving a refund and are committing fraud and even theft at this point by keeping my money for a product they will not send. The only repeated messages they keep responding with is that the unit was not damaged and that they aren't sending another one. At this point I have no other options and I am hoping you can help me. Thanks.

    ******** said the mahcine was damaged in transit, we already confirmed that and resend him a new one via T-FORCE, this is the new tracking number: 50491976, it arrived on 3.1. Thank  you.

    Ive tried contacting the company many times. The address in ******* is just a warehouse that sells the product I did not purchase from them directly but they are the only *** distributor for the automotive brand hoist I purchased as far as Im aware of. Ive been trying to get ahold of someone to order replacement parts for a AGT Industrial Automotive hoist I own which the company lists phone numbers and emails on their website but none work and they dont try to help. Their email just sends a continuous loop of saying they cant find my order but I have no order at all. I cant even make a order because its impossible to make one. They shouldnt be aloud to sell equipment in the *** if they dont sell Or provide any way to order replacement parts. Im willing to pay for the parts needed not looking for free just want a resolution to get the parts needed for their product I own and am now unable to operate due to a missing part. I spent thousands getting the hoist here and installed now Im stuck and cant use it without the proper hoist pad that is missing. I emailed them the picture provided and told them I need parts 12,11,10,9,8,7 and made it very easy for them to know which parts I need but still they dont help.

    1. Transaction date 08/01/2023 2.Payment amount $36,000 3.Item purchase, 25 HP, 4 ton mini excavator, Kabota engine | CFG-40UF 4.I Follow their instructions on where to send the money, Now they are saying that I sent the money to a different bank.5.Advertisement was saying on their webpage in the Internet Purchase A mini excavator from AGT Industrial finally got payment instructions to be wired to ********** in ******* they receive money and now they say that wasnt their bank.All I want is my machine and problem is resolved.

    1. We never received the payment in our bank account. Our email was hacked and someone replied this customer for the wiring account, which is not ours. So we never received the fund in our bank account.

    2. we suspect this customer is same team with the hacker who hacked into our email. See attached picture, the customer used two different email address, but very similar, only has 2 letters of variation.

    3. we suspect the customer is scam because we send him a link for payment of product, he didn't and then there was the fake wiring transfer information

    4. i tried to call our bank to report fraud. But they said only the person who sent the money can file a claim. We told him to call police an file claim because this is fraud. He did not do so. 

    5. we asked him to provide wiring confirmation. but he wiring confirmation he brought with him to warehouse seems fake as well.

    Purchased a skid steer vibratory compactor attachment for over $2000. Motor lasted less than 10 hours and burned up. I am not the only person having this issue, it's all over the internet. They continue to sell this product knowing it's faulty. I have reached out many times looking for replacement parts with no response
