      Fraudulent company doesn't have a physical location you can visit they don't pay claims, and the BBB should be held responsible for this company being open.

      If you got hit by one of this company's drivers don't bother with their customer service. Just file suit against them. It's the only way you will get anything from them. Watch your estimate it will be wrong and only about 10% of the damage to your car. Also they will try to stick you with 25% liability on a crash that was 100% their drivers fault. The adjuster will not call you back. This company should not be allowed to remain in business. Very sad they still are.

      This Company is a Scam.
      Lourdes, Maggie, Arlene all follow script. Saying the same things over and over which is frustrating. Annette Khatib is supposed to be the Adjuster, and I have not heard from her at all on a offer. They refuse to give you a supervisor instead they will argue with you. This place takes the people's money, and don't give them anything. This place needs to be shut down. I've paid 2k for rental and they only cover $400!! They're dragging my open/ shut claim when the accident happened in April and we went to court in May and the person was found guilty, and thinking going with my own insurance was going to be easy.. it's now the end of June. And still no call from Annette Khatib.

      I'm incredibly disappointed in how American Alliance handled my recent auto claim. The accident occurred on April 23rd, and I submitted clear photos taken at the scene, which included visible time, date, and location information. Despite this, they dismissed the evidence, claiming that this information could be manipulated. Why would I alter factual evidence from the scene of an accident? They also refused to consider the police report, which documented both parties presence at the scene. Unfortunately, because their insured failed to provide a statement, American Alliance closed the claim entirely, as if that were my responsibility to fix. Its unacceptable that they can deny a legitimate claim based on the lack of cooperation from their own policyholder while disregarding multiple forms of valid documentation. This behavior reflects a complete lack of accountability and sets a dangerous precedent for anyone filing a claim in good faith. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a fair and professional claims process.

      They take forever to get the job done any number they give you they never answer do not I repeat do not get this car insurance company don't waste your money.

      This is the worst company that I know of stay away from them. I had one of their insurers hit me and all they had was not insurance coverage which did not cover neither one of us for the damage If I could've gave it a 0 stars, that would be But I had to do one star.

      ******* daughter was in a car accident on Saturday 8/26/2023, we called and reported it to this company in which we have full coverage on Monday 8/28/2022, we have yet to get the help we need in getting our car fixed correctly, reimbursement for car rental and small hospital fees. Its been almost 2 years. The customer service is horrible, they were so rude from the very first call and treated us like we were their enemy. We didn't cause the accident and couldn't help that the person who hit us didn't have insurance. This is why we get full coverage. They sent us to a company to fix car and car is still not fixed. The door is leaking water when rain and you can hear wind coming through door. We are afraid the door may come off while Driving because its getting worse. We have complained over and over, they want us to take the car back but we cant afford to pay for rental car anymore to get to work and kids to school. We told them to pay for the rental this time but they wont. We spent thousands of dollars on a rental in which they say they are not paying it all back to me. It was their fault we had to keep the rental so long in the first place. I cant fit here the whole traumatizing experience we had with this company because it wont fit, but I come back. Advantage Chevrolet Bridgeview hooked us up with this horrible insurance company. I believe they work together on scamming people. This has been the worst experience ever and still going on almost 2 years later.

      Avoid this company. I am a full cover holder of one of their policies. I had a car accident march 12 2025. So far they haven't fix my car yet. They have been making excuse after excuse and they avoid answering my calls and the adjuster doesn't even bother to call with an update. My car has been sitting on the curve for almost 2 weeks now. Any other insurance would already took car of their liability as insurance.

      American Alliance had denied my claim without letting me know anything via phone email or even a letter in the mail. I’ve been associated with American Alliance for the last year. I had no gaps in my coverage despite that I am still forced to pay out-of-pocket, even though I was covered through their insurance now I can’t get in touch with anyone over the phone. They have terrible customer service and I regret using this company for insurance.

      I have been trying to get my car pay out for a total loss for over a month. I was in an accident on the 22 of January 2025 and it was determined a total loss on the 27 of January 2025. It is now march 4 2025 and I have had to submit 1 car payment since it was determined a total loss and I am about to have to submit another one as soon as I get paid because they are requesting "new information" that should already be in all the documents I have sent to them. Not only that, i have to call them as often as I can to make sure there isn't anything else they need because they never call me asking for the information. They have my phone number and my email. They could reach out in a number of ways, but they refuse to do so. Every time I call I am on hold for at least 30 minutes because the phone ours are from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and everyone is trying to call between those hours. The first three times I called I had to hang up because it had been over an hour and a half and I had to get to work. Avoid this company as best you can.
