      I lost my job in May and my company insurance ended may 7 2022. I elected cobra coverage and paid for the rest of May and June. My insurance with my new employer began at the end of June. I called to tell them not to take the premium for July as I now had insurance through my new job. I thought everything was fine until Aug 2 when I received a check from bswift for *******. After multiple calls which supposedly are all noted it was determined they cancelled all my premiums I paid and canceled my insurance back to May. They made me pay the premiums again withdrew ******* from my account to reinstate my insurance retroactively. I had outstanding claims for coverage period. I received a letter staring my insurance was effective through June 30 2022. Again I thought this was handled. Then on Aug 31 2022 I received another refund check for ******* and so the problems continue. I believe they are trying to cancel my insurance so they don't have to pay my claims for the coverage period. I do not want a refund I paid what was owed for the period of coverage needed. I don't want a refund check I am not entitled to it. I just want what I paid for and these problems to be resolved so I am not taken to collections

      We have confirmed your coverage effective dates to be 5/08/22 through 6/30/22 with both carriers. Also, the carriers have confirmed that claims submitted have been reprocessed.
