      Purchased homeowners insurance on 12/5/2022 before escrow closing date 12/12/2022. Paid $692. **** had not sent me declaration of insurance for past 2 weeks, stating insurance company did not provide it. Sent agent multiple emails, called the agency, and drove to the office, each attempt was ignored, and kept being sent to different agent each time. I had to reschedule my closing date to 12/21/22. I requested to cancel insurance and receive the refund before the benefits start. Was provided cancellation declaration after multiple attempt to reach out, and promiced a full refund withing 2 weeks. As of 1/17/22 my account has not been refunded, and my emails from agency ignored. When calling they state that is not their problem and they cannot do anything.
