      Fraudulent activity with Northwestern insurance the unique insurance company trying to make me sign a contract that ****** from the ***************** didn't sent them the cancellation from 9/15/2023 of email me a DocuSign to cancel s lose. And it was sign threw my email on 9/15/2023. And I wish they will give me both my refunds.

      Hello my name is ***************************, policy number is ILAA-*******-02.I have the worst possible experience between *** and *********************************** There is no communication between these two companies. My car was stolen 12-22-22, here it is almost February 2023 and my car has not been fixed because these two companies have no communication between each other. Everything I found out about my car,I had to call them to find out what is goings-on with my car.I need a car to get back and forth to work.So out my pocket I have paid ****** to get my car out of storage, so *** can tow it to their facility, almost ******* out of pocket for rental to get back *** forward to work. Money I don't have to spend like that,I have other bills. My car has not been touched,for lack of communication between these two companies.They should be paying me because I been doing all the calling to them and the body shop to get started on my car.And like I said I've had the same policy since 2018,nothing has changed about this policy,I have no car and no reimbursement. I am fed up with these two companies and I need action, action and need action now.This is almost February and these two companies have not helped me one bit to get this situation solved. ??????

      Northwest Insurance Network and Brokers are insurance agencies, and we have NO claim authority with any of our carriers. ******************** agent placed his coverage with American Alliance. Upon receiving ************************ complaint, I checked on this account to find out our customer ********************** staff has been working with Alliance constantly to try and get his claim resolved. According to Alliance ******************** car is in the shop and is currently under repairs. After reading all our notes on the file I would have to agree that Alliance gave ****************** poor claim service at best. I asked ************************ agent why he placed his coverage with Alliance, and he stated ****************** wanted the lowest rate we had. He was adamant about the lowest rate that was available. Northwest never refused to take any of ******************** emails. We would not even be able to do that with our system. As far as the rental coverage goes, ****************** was given the highest amount of coverage the company offered. He had a maximum of $750.00 for one loss. I request that this complaint be removed from Norhtwest record and moved to American Alliance. ******************** claim number is, 2022C0135092 and they can be contacted at, www.myamericanalliance.com. I feel terrible about ******************** claim and hopefully he will allow us to place him with one of our standard carriers.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Sincerely,My car is not being repaired,they are waiting on the ok from American Alliance to ok the order to fix it.When I bought my car this is the Insurance company the dealership recommended. I wanted a lower price on Insurance because I was paying the same rate for Insurance everytime I renewed ********* I thought since I been **** *** my rate would go down,but it actually went up this time I renewed *********.I have no accidents, no moving violation,nothing but my insurance rate never changed.
