    They deleted my username; ** still getting billing for my account & am unable to login. Im still getting emails saying new documents have been uploaded to my account. Thats great but I cant log in. They have failed to fix it. They do not answer their emails. This is a ****************** LegalZoom does not respond either. So basically I have a business registered to this virtual address (for privacy reasons) and they have locked me out. I have to re-file everything with the state. Buyer beware-

    Do not use this service. Their marketing and user interface is excellent, but dont let that fool you. This is one of the worst services Ive ever used. The current delay between letter sent and letter scanned is over a month, not kidding. My bills arrive after theyre due. Legal documents arrive after the deadline has passed. For anything even remotely time sensitive, this service will actively damage your life and business.I reached out to their customer support about this issue (with screenshots of letter sent vs letter arrival dates) to find out whats going on, and this was their response:Due to a recent surge in mail volume, our scan processing is currently running later than our standard turnaround time of ***** hours. We understand the impact this may have on your expectations and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.So let me get this straight, Earth Class Mail. Your entire business is virtualizing mail, and an increase in demand results in 15x to 30x increase in wait times? What a joke. They didnt even have the curtesy to respond to my complaint personally, instead they give me some template apology with no clear solution or compensation. To be clear, in all my time with them, *** never received my mail in less than 2 weeks, and the longest Ive waited is well over a month. The wait times are not going down, theyre going up. Now I have to change my address on every single service before I can cancel this grift.I repeat, do not, under any circumstances, use this garbage service.
