      On November 23,2022 at 12:44 pm, I went to the ********* in ******, **. I ordered a 10 piece nugget, large fry, sweet tea and 2 apple pies totaling $12.58. The order number was 49 and the merchant ID is ******. I then proceeded to go home which is 30 min from the *********. When I got home, I gave the bag with the nuggets and fries to my 11 yr old son. He then proceeded to eat out of the bag. About ********************************************************************** his teeth. I ran to him and noticed black stuff in his teeth that smelled horrid. I ushered him in the bathroom and made him brush his teeth and use mouth wash. He said it tasted like p*** I grabbed the bag and pulled the fries out of the bag where I noticed ***** matter in the container as well as stuck to the side. I called the number on the receipt. Someone answered the phone and I asked to speak with a manager. I was told to hang on and then the line went dead, and I realized she had hung up the phone. I tried calling back and it went straight to a busy signal, I tried again and it just rang and rang without any employee picking up. I then called corporate number and filed a complaint with complaint was given a claim number.
