    I have an account with ********************, my account is ******************** And I've been trying to make a currency withdraw the first one was on April 4th for the amount of $900 and I did get a response that one. In a timely manner That time the next day. they said it was a wrong address I was sending it to, and they were right. I got the right address and resubmitted a withdraw request the same day April 4th for $900, It took me till April 17th to get a response from them saying it was the wrong address again that time and this time they were wrong because I had the right address this time. So on April 17th 2023. I resubmitted a withdraw request again knowing I had the right address for the amount of 900$ I still haven't gotten a response from them on this one and the second withdraw I'm trying to make is on April 23rd for the amount of $23,433.95. They said a withdraw only takes 2 to 3 days and it's been weeks on the first and second withdraw has been over a week. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service for weeks now with no answer, I get put on hold for hours or without even a response. I even wrote to the customer service in writing at their email with no response or resolution. I'm going to show you my withdraw request. and a picture of the right address I'm trying to make my currency withdraw to. and you will be able to see my waiting times for all of my attempts of trying to make a currency withdraw and my waiting times for each one. I am in desperate need of them completing my transactions or to resolve the issue one way or another. But I would really like to for them to complete my two Currency withdraw request now. as you can see the two currency withdraw request the one file to them on April 17th for the amount of $900 and the other withdraw request is on April 23th for the amount of $23,433.95 . and you can see for yourself how long they have been in currency withdraw in review , Thank you for your help.
