    Good Afternoon! This is ******* from LizMarie Cleaning Services, responding on behalf of ****************************

    1. ****** booked a post-construction cleaning on 11/29/2023.
    2. ***** contacted us on 11/30/2023, expressing dissatisfaction with his window shades, claiming they were destroyed during the cleaning, and only one side could be pulled up due to pre-existing damage.
    3. On 12/01/2023, ***** emailed: "I'm going to need to replace the damaged shade, and it's very disappointing that you're not taking care of this more." The conclusion was that ***** would be replacing the blinds.
    4. On 12/07/2023, ***** added another grievance, alleging our team broke the shade and missed cleaning the exhaust fan.
    5. Due to the elapsed time between 11/29/2023 and 12/07/2023, we considered his claim invalid, as our policy allows clients to report issues within 24 hours of the cleaning.

    We have a comprehensive website outlining valid and invalid claims. Although ***** requested a discount, our policy, also available on the website, clearly states that we don't process refunds. For valid claims, we offer a reclean, even though his claim was deemed invalid. I've attached photos from the conversation with ***** and our company policy for your reference.
