    I did NOT find the owner to be TRUSTWORTHY. She damaged a silver earring while she was trying to repair it, but when I brought it to her attention, she was very defensive. After coming up with several excuses, she finally blamed me for the damage. Which was preposterous. She then had the nerve to say,, "It's your word against mine." Who does this?!!! A simple apology would have sufficed. **************
