    I bought an engagement ring at this store on May 2024 for $21,939.75 and was told by ****** that if within 6 months the engagement was over, TIFFANY would accept a return. Unfortunately, the engagement didn't work out and in October 2024 I went to the TIFFANYs in ********** and they proceeded to do the return and TIFFANYs Chicago issued me a store credit in writing and confirmed when I requested I would have my gift cards mailed to me. I requested the gift card to be mailed to me on December ******* and never heard back so a second request was sent on 12/28/2024 and ****** confirmed via text she would be shipping the gift cards on 12/28/24 and that I would receive them on 12/30/2024. It's a scam, I have everything in writing and ****** hasn't mailed me my gift cards and essentially has kept the ring I paid for. When I paid the over priced ring, I paid everything at once and I can't believe a store like TIFFANYs now doesn't have the funds to refund me. The have kept my ring and store credit.

    Highly disappointed in the service that I have received from this location and Tiffanys overall. I brought in 4 pieces on August 10th for them to be serviced I was told that it would be three weeks. The day before my jewelry was suppose to be back I reached out to customer service because I hadnt heard anything. The response was it would be shipped out by September 4th. After I pushed back all of a sudden it was ready for pick up. I went to the Michigan ave location September 2nd to pick up my jewelry and when the associate unpacked my jewelry I noticed that two of my charms were severely damaged. When I inquired on what happened the associate tried to make it seem like I gave them my jewelry damaged already. The associate then asked me to produce a pic of my jewelry to prove that they werent damaged.I was highly offended because I have been a customer for over 10 years and I dont have the need to lie. I expressed multiple times how these particular charms have sentimental value as I sat there with tears in my eyes. I kept asking what could be done and the associate said she could send them back and see if they could get fixed. I pushed back again and she went to the back to verify if the charms could be fixed and she said yes. I then asked for a manager because I felt as though the situation was not being taken seriously. A manager by the name of Tiffany came out and she wasnt sympathetic she didnt even ask what happened she just regurgitated what the associate said. Tiffany told me that they would get me my charms back within a week which was 09/9. I reached out to customer service same day and I still havent heard anything back. I then got an email saying that my charms were ready to pick up again I went and got them on September 22 and I noticed that they did a c*** job of re enameling my charms the convertible was done sloppy and the windshield was bent. The enamel on the cupcake has patches in it. At this point I want my charms replaced or give me 2 new charms.
