    I was attempting to wash my hands in the laundromat bathroom at Aqua Clean and the bathroom sink fell from the wall and hit my left hand. I informed the employee on duty as well as letting my fiance know. She came and said she will text the owner and let him know. She took a picture of the sink, I think she snuck and took my picture too, gut feeling I have, but I didn't take a picture of the sink I totally forgot because of the *****************.I called 311 to see if I needed to make a report, they said No. She said the owner asked me to leave my name and number and ***** the owner would call me.*This happened on 09/27/2024 about 9 something PM *I went to the doctor the next day on 09/28/2024 and was diagnosed with Soft Tissue swelling and a brace to wear *The owner has not reached out to me to resolve anything. I feel he doesn't care because he knows I can't do anything without the picture of the sink for proof of how dangerous it was and not sealed well in order to prevent this mishap. Thank God it didn't drop down low enough to hit my feet. The employee did not do an incident report and the owner didn't have the courtesy to reach out to do so for ****************** premises liability either. I love coming to this laundromat, but I don't like the treatment I am receiving. The sink probably was changed/fixed since I don't have a picture of the sink in it's original state only my fiance saw it and the employee who was there. This is wrong and unfair. My left hand really hurts right now and the inconvenience of not using it much is causing pain and suffering. Policies need to be in place to do incident reports when customers get hurt and it isn't there fault.
