    I obtain the services of this law firm-**** ****** was supposed to represent me for my house sale and told me that his fees for the entire process including assistance with a court date and some collections issues with my HOA. My home was in foreclosure and my real estate agent said that he was the best in the state. **** refused to meet with me, he never returned any of my calls he refused to go over any of the paperwork with me. I was grossly misrepresented by this guy it was so bad that at closing I found out he was ordering documents for the buyer and billing me without even getting my consent or asking me. I have no idea if he went to court, and I have no idea when the next date is to appear. I have tried reaching out to him to get this issue resolved but he refuses to answer me. There were documents that were in the closing paperwork that were incorrect I tried to call him while I was there but he would not answer. there is not enough space to type all the things that happened. but i want a refund of all of my money 1,200.00.

    The assertions in this complaint are inaccurate. I spoke with Mr. ********* on numerous occasions, however, he was amongst the most hostile and abusive clients that I have ever had. He was in no way misrepresented or inadequately represented in this matter. We were able to successfully delay the foreclosure, which allowed him to sell his property. In connection with the sale of the property, we were required to pay his ***************** for a 22.1 disclosure and a paid assessment letter. These 2 documents are required to close on a condominium in ******** and the association charges a fee for these 2 documents which, in this case, was $675. I advance that fee on the clients behalf and was reimbursed at closing for this expense, which I paid out of pocket to get the transaction closed. I provided the client with receipts from the *** reflecting the amount charged. For some wild reason this individual believes that I should have to personally pay for required expenses that were a requirement for closing.

    I am rejecting this response because: He is a liar he never notified me of any additional fees. He is lying about additional documents that I never received he never sent me any paperwork I was never hostile to him until he stopped responding to me and never told me what was happening with court. Back in January 31, 2025 **** never kept in contact like he said I NEVER AGREED to any additional fees, it took me several months before he told me that he was going to charge me $500.00 for everything. He misrepresented me by allowing the association to take money that they were not entitled to have.  I demand the $675.00 refund, and I demand the additional money that he allowed the Assocation to take of $13,000.00 to be reimbursed by **** as well.  I am also seeking legal representation to sue **** ****** for all my money and if he doesn't refund it now and turn over all my legal documents. I also found out that he has been sued by an employee and other clients by misrepresentation and other malpractices for foreclosures and home sales.  I would not be filing this complaint if he did his job.

    There were no lies. I am not sending $675 to pay for *** expenses that were required to close his transaction, and which I graciously paid for in advance due to ***** not having money. ***** also wants to sue all of the brokers on this transaction and is saying that they should refund what was paid to them, despite having signed a written agreement to pay commissions. I am also not going to pay for ******* unpaid *** assessments. ***** was arguing that he won a case roughly 20 years ago and that he was charged by the *** for old fees even though he won that case. However, the past due *** fees that ***** owed were for current charges. If he feels that the *** wrongfully charged him then he is welcome to sue the *** as the Courts are at his disposal. To ask that I pay his *** fees is patently absurd. If ***** feels that I did something wrong, he is welcome to file a lawsuit. That lawsuit will assuredly be unsuccessful, but he certainly has the Courts at his disposal if he disagrees.

    I am rejecting this response because: I got him the documents from my association **** never got them, **** is a liar and I want to sue him for all of my money back he never notified me of any additional fees the $675.00 needs to come back to me immediately because he has never supplied proof or explained what this was for. I never signed a contract with him it was all verbal and **** said that $500.00 WOULD COVER ALL EXPENSES. He is very neglect on telling me about the next court date if there is one, he never supplied documentation to me upon multiple requests. **** refusing to cooperate with me and he is ludcrius to think he is going to keep my money for fruadlant documents that I already supplied to him numerous times, check his record **** has been sued numerous times for what he is doing to me and worse. To respond to the *** fees I never owed them anything!!!  The court ruled in my favor three times in 2005 but the association's attorney never removed me from the collections list that money was not due and **** knew this and said he would take care of it and that I would not have to pay it, and he refused to talk to me after he gave me my closing date and he is a LIAR!!!!  I would not be doing this if he was an honest person and not ripping people off.

    I was dealing with ******** at first In 2024. I went to citizen law group. For There. assistance to do a trust Deed I paid $1500 upfront. That was my total cost. next thing I know he was fired That's when **** ****** Stepped in to this day march 2025 I want to go see him and he tells me I own 450 Now all he does is gives me the run around for the last year Now I need to go look for another lawyer.

    The individual who filed the complaint is not a client of the law firm. The firm was retained by his mother. All work that this office was hired to complete was completed. This individual is not getting a run around. The only thing that is needed to complete the work is a payment that is due to a third party. There is nothing further that this office can do until the third party is paid.

    I'm the one that hired them, but my mother Was the client. I can prove that all payments were done from my account. Since April 2024 and for the unpaid Balance I was not informed about that and took February twenty two 2025  . If I wouldn't know there was a balance. Do this issue would have been solved a long time ago.

    There were no additional fees charged by my office. This service was fully performed and the $450 referenced is not a fee that was charged by my office. It was an unrelated third party fee.
