  I called peter francis geraci to ask a few questions to see if bankruptcy was the route i wanted to take. The lady who answered the phone was very rude, disrespectful, nasty, and just plain ol mean. I specifically stated i wanted to speak with a bankruptcy attorney because i had a few questions. She was eager to answer my questions and once i started asking my questions she cut me off and said find someone else to take your case we wont take your case because you have called in before to ask questions and we dont offer free legal advice.. umm so you all dont provide free consultations? I specifically stated on the beginning of the call that i had a few questions and she answered but then she became irate after i asked my questions. I gave her no reason to receive the treatment i received. This lady was very unprofessional and should do better with knowing how to treat potential customers. Your attitude was disgusting and i would not recommend anyone to do business with this place because they lack customer service and they have poor attitudes. Utterly ridiculous! Unfortunately i cant give 0 stars.

  My name is ************************* and I filed bankruptcy with this firm and my case was recently closed with no warning. My daughter had also filed a case with this particular firm and her case was also closed. We are both disabled and on limited income but we were assured that wouldn't be a problem. We were even told it was okay that we missed a payment or two. I feel this was a deceptive practice as we were reassured repeatedly even this week that we were okay payment wise as long as we paid in July. I am 66 years old and all I want is a refund. We never actually filed the case either. I have been in and out of the cancer center regularly lately, I don't understand why one person can assure me I'm okay with them while someone else doesn't.

  Thank God I didnt file my bankruptcy with them in 2014 . Horrible customer service. When you first become a customer they will promise the world . Then you just become a dollar sign after they get your money . The manager told me I was being a bully because I was asking questions. Thats sounds like someone is looking for a cop out . He then said Im hanging up on you like he was 5 yrs old . Dont go its all a scam !!!

  The one thing they forget to tell you if you have any future personal problems, you can lose everything. Swallow your pride and ask love ones, your church, or community for help, this was the wrong move using these people for help! Now Ill go back to praying for my son to wake up from his brain injury.

  Do not use this company. Majority of the employees are nasty and rude in so many ways. I was not treated with the upmost respect. I have called-- and because my number is recognized, I was disconnected intentionally-- and when someone did answer... the greeting was horrible. To add insult to injury, I didn't want my Mortgage to be included in my Chapter 7 -- the payments were current, it was clear, in my profile, and during my hearing, that is was not to be included. I didn't receive an reaffirmation letter- which the responsibility of the bankruptcy attorney not my financial lender. But it was, and now I am left to handle this on my own with my financial lender. I am hoping I can amend.Nevertheless, they were lazy and very neglectful in handling my case properly. I will not recommend to no one. EVER!

  I previously filed with them in 2013 and everything went smoothly. I was considering filing again and consulted with a knowledgeable attorney about my case. I initially was going to use their services; however, I came up with a better strategy and requested the initial deposit cancelled. The draft was processed anyway, they stated I did not notify them timely. I requested a refund on 9/22 and was informed that it would be received by Tuesday, 9/26. When the funds did not arrive by 9/29, I contacted them and spoke with ******* who informed me that the initial request was not submitted correctly and the refund had not be processed. He submitted the refund request and advised I should have the funds by Wednesday/Thursday of next week. I informed him that due to the delay in the refund, I have been assessed two NSF fees by my bank and would like to speak with someone about having those fees refunded due to the poorly trained representative who improperly processed the initial refund. He argued with me about the chain of events and reluctantly placed me on hold to get a supervisor. The call was somehow disconnected after holding for 10 minutes. I immediately called back and was connected with *********, who claimed to be a supervisor. She attempted to fast talk the situation and showed a complete lack of understanding towards the situation. She did not take accountability for the error, no offer any type of resolution. She kept overtalking me and would not even listen to the situation, then began to argue that the fees could not possibly have been caused by the delay in the return of the funds without ANY documentation, which would have been provided to validate my claim. I have worked in call centers and run customer service departments in the past and cannot fathom why ******* or ********* still have a job. I had recommended this company to 3 people, but based on this experience would NEVER recommend Geraci Law to anyone. There are better companies to work with.
