Beware of this company! They work along side of ******************** HOA. They like to charge fees for sending us information we did not request. We sent a request via their website, and in return, sent us an email with information, and charged us $150!!! They could have called and said, we can answer your questions, and help with information, but there is a fee of $150. They are also charging us for a letter that was sent on the HOA's behalf, that had gone to the wrong address, which we noted numerous times. Now we have these attorney fees, that they are expecting, when all their so called letters/invoices have been going somewhere else.

******************* is not a client of Tressler LLP, she is an owner in a *********************** (***) that Tressler represents. Tressler does not have a contractual relationship with ******************* and acts at the direction of our client, the **** The correct entity for her complaint would be the *** and not Tressler. Legal fees were incurred with regard to same and the *** has the ability under ******** law and the ***s governing documents (contract) to charge back those legal fees to ************** as a Unit Owner. Tressler upholds the highest standards in ethical billing practices and takes all complaints very seriously. In this matter, this is not the correct avenue or entity for this complaint.

Tressler is the legal firm that our HOA has hired. Per procedure, requests for HOA financial documents are to go through Tressler.I have a disability and want to be able to see our HOA financial documents. Tressler has denied accommodations allowing for me to receive them electronically or to have medical accommodations. I can't see the documents without hiring help.Secondly, Tressler was NOT PRIVATE WITH MEDICAL INFORMATION or tell those that it was shared with to keep it private.I didn't want my medical information shared. I now have my neighbors asking about my health. I never wanted my neighbors to know and only told about 4 friends in the community. My home has become uncomfortable.Audio files couldn't be uploaded so here is a link.https://1drv.ms/u/s!Aq-Pomk8wUAMg9xtulx8y7wb_Fo3kQ?e=a7ysai

I am rejecting this response because lawyers interact with more than their clients.

sexual favors, and other unwelcome verbal or physical conduct of a
sexual nature. The substantive law of antidiscrimination and
anti-harassment statutes and case law may guide application of paragraph

******* and I had regular email contact in 9/22, 10/22, and 11/22.   We were exchanging emails about seeing HOA financial records and proving my husband was a co-owner of the property with me.  There was no reason for my health information to be shared with all community members at board meetings.
