Placed an order (#*****) with Ashland Leather on 12/4/23 which was due to be delivered on 12/7. The package never arrived and I contacted the company and was told to wait a few days to see if it shows up. The package never arrived and there was no proof of delivery photo because it was never delivered. I asked the company refund my money and was told they would. On 12/14/23 I did see a credit pending to my account but it disappeared on 12/15/23. Today I decided to check the *** tracking to see what if any information was been added to the claim the shipper had filed. The tracking now says cased closed with proof of delivery. This is not true and now I am out the wallet and my money. I contacted Ashland Leather by phone and e-mail with no response. I think if Ashland Leather is not willing to stand behind their shipping then they should require a delivery signature as proof something is actually delivered. I no longer want the wallet and would simply like my money refunded.
