    Purchased 12-12-24 with a guarantee Christmas delivery. It did not arrive or even ship by then. Then I noticed a Chinese tracking number. Back and fourth with company. Apparently they can't ship to me and say I have to reach out their shipper to address, it's their product that they secured shippers services. I have 3 Xmas gifts no show but I paid. Now here we are going back and fourth.

    The product ships from *****, so therefore took forever to be delivered. Nowhere on their site is it indicated the product is shipped from overseas. Once the product was received, it seemingly worked fine, although not nearly as well as advertised. An hour or so later, we went to turn it on again, and the stars were no longer working. I reached out asking for a return label and a refund. They asked for a video to try and fix the problem. I stated we already troubleshot everything and a video is not necessary as we were wanting to return the product. They informed me that they do not provide shipping labels and the return would be at our own cost. It specifically states on their website enjoy 100% free returns for 30 days after delivery. Just contact us for a FREE return label and youll receive a full refund. No questions asked. Once I drew her attention to this, she stopped responding to my emails.

    I ordered a space ***** for my son ***** and the tranit company said the item was undeliverable on Dec 17th 2024. Then I contacted pleshy and they said they contacted the transport company ******. Then magically today the 20th they changed the delivery to delivered on 17th. I received nothing. Pleshy is now saying they can't refund because there is no notification of item being sent back. That is not my problem! I never received the item. Website says 100% customer satisfaction and this is not it!

    The item I purchased got damaged during delivery. I've repeatedly sent emails attaching short descriptive videos as requested asking to get a replacement and return the defective one, but this company does not want to resolve the issue and just keeps asking for details, details I've provided many times already.
