      This company is a complete scam. We found out how much they were charging us monthly for destroyed towels (they would routinely charge us $3/towel for half to two thirds of the towels they brought in). I tried to cancel our service after finding a much cheaper option of buying the towels for $0.50/towel online. They said that was impossible due to the fact that we were in a contract so I asked to see a copy. They obliged and sent over the copy. It was signed by a previous owner of the business who hasnt owned it in many years. I contacted them again and said sorry, that is the old owner. Im the new Director for the company and our owner never signed a contract with you. Come to find out there is a clause in there that says the contract auto renews and automatically transfers to a new owner upon sale of the business. After talking to the owner and confirming he had not been informed of this agreement I went back to the company. That is when we were told we would be sued for breach on contract if we tried to get out of the contract and after reading the many terrible reviews of this company online mentioning exactly that, I was forced to believe it. Now, Im sure any judge would fall off the stand laughing that case out of court in our favor but as a small business we dont have the money to put into a lawyer to fight it where this national company can spend more than we would even pay them for the duration of our contract to prove a point. I dont expect anything to happen because they are so openly scummy but I will never do business with them again and I will make sure I scream it from the roof tops to anyone that will listen
