  After waiting for 3 years for my Zantac settlement offer I finally received an offer for 3500!! I have been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and am terminally ill and will eventually die from it. I have 3 children and will be evicted from my home within a month. I was promised by Kip that I would have an offer by sept 1 and to keep an eye on my emails and text messages in which I was told that I wouldn’t be receiving my offer until October which made me devastated knowing the situations I was facing in which caused more wear and tear and stress. They shouldn’t have had my anxiety thru the roof with broken promises and then when finally receiving my offer it was only 3500 in which they say my offer came from Pfizer. I am in a tier 1 in which qualifies for the highest payout of 300000. I call them and they say that the offer is so low because my plaintiff profile states that I never took any of Pfizer’s medicine while they sold it. How would Pfizer know that I never took any of there medicine just because it was off the shelf when medicine takes a long time to expire and they don’t know how long hospitals or pharmacists keep medicine. My offer amount is way to low and very unacceptable for a stage 4 cancer patient who has had multiple surgeries and is terminally ill. What do y’all think about this topic and what is some of y’all offer amounts cause it feels as if I am being made a joke. KP says that they will go back to the offer table and see what else they can do about getting me more money but if they don’t come with something like 300000 or more I will be forced to find other attorneys in which will have to start my claim all over in which by that time I will be homeless. I feel as if what I have been thru there really is not an actual figure amount that is big enough to compensate someone who is dying from Pfizer Gsk sanofi or any other company that sold Zantac. I am hating my life right now and feel like a failure to my children!! I just want to live happy!!

  I have utilized the services of Keller/Postman and found them to be amazing in their attention to my goals and concerns and conveyed a strong sense of caring. When contacting them I never had issues with a lack of communication. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

  I was tricked into signing a contract via online, I was charged 40% of my settlement..in which I don't recall seeing on the contract, I was lead to believe that they were going to research my past claim and amend it with the new one,so that I would qualify for a bigger settlement, but that was not the case! Instead I received a small claim and 40% was taken from that with another $111.00 dollars for other fees! They really didn't do anything that a representative could have done,they didn't do any back research or anything different from the representative that I could have used instead for a fee of $125! I along with many other people were scammed out of our money! My heart sank, after I opened my settlement check!! There should be a class action lawsuit filed against them! I regret that I ever let them handle my claim! They're not for the people.. they're all for profit and that's it!!

  I was just about to give up on fighting but I saw something in Keller -Postman . And thought possible they could help me. So i contacted them. And we so we put thing's in motion. And I got my settlement. Everyone was very helpful and professional and I was treated like my case was the only one. Great law firm! I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for legal assistance.

  I did my research when looking for a law firm to file my claim and Keller Postman came through for me on my settlement for my ******************* Leukemia. Yes, they need to get paid and yes you supposedly can just file the paperwork yourself but anyone that has dealt with the VA knows what a mess that is. Even at 100% Total the VA still manages to make simple mistakes that should not happen with my daily care, it is a huge bureaucracy. I am more than happy for Keller Postman to get their cut out of my settlement because the stress of dealing with the VA just for my Healthcare is more than taxing for me mentally and physically. I am very happy with each and every contact that was made with me in reaching my settlement. I have already received my settlement check into my account. It takes time for your paperwork to go through the system and I am sure it will get quicker but mine took almost 2 year for the VA to get their act together. I also was one of the earliest filers. I highly recommend them. Thank you and my wife thanks you Keller Postman for taking care of me and making the VA follow up on what they should do for all the veterans exposed to these chemicals.

  Keller Postman got me the settlement that I had been waiting for. Regarding the ******************* water crisis. I'm very pleased with the results where our settlement is concerned.
