    This company contacted me about a **** loan I was approved for but instead they frauded my account filing false fraud claims 9b my bank account. Then withdrew **** under the name ******. This was not approved by me. They are a scam company. They open as a new company after they close down for criminal behaviors. I want my money back.

    This Company stole ******* from my account. They told me I was approved for a **** loan I talked to several diff people there. Mainly *****, Her Sup *****, ************* I'm sure there names will change. They were definitely foreigners. So they open and close loan business and register with the BBB under different names. When they asked me for access to my account, they put in a Fraud claim electronically and transferred money to another ***************** Consumer under their name. They stall you for days so they can open a bank account at the same bank, if they don't currently have one open, then they do a interbank transfer from your account to their account. Then they block your phone number from being able to contact them.

    This company called me because I had been applying for small personal loans. The company said I was approved for $3,000 and needed to verify my information and we did. Now they keep hanging up the phone on me, no one will call me about anything and Im scared theyre gonna get into my bank and take money.

    I got a phone call from classic finance stating I was approved for a $ **** loan. Spoke to a lady named ****. She put 6 checks in my bank account and all 6 of them were returned. Now I can not get in contact with her. Shes not returning my calls. I believe this company is fraud and a bunch of liars.

    They said they were BBB certified, went through the process all day for four hours. I can't type everything that happened however I am willing to accept calls at my phone number **********, and my work number **********. The whole point I'm complaining is I was promised 500 dollars they have all my information including my ID number, and my banking information and I would like what was promised to me. ***************************** was my account manager and ***** was overseer of my loan.

    11/28/2022. I had asked for help with a loan and then proceeded to ask for information that they already had to complete the loan. Then they said they needed to verify my account by sending me between $100-$500 dollars to verify they account was mine and then I was to send that back to them on a **** gift card. And after it was verified they told me they would put the loan amount in my account. When I questioned them and told them that I thought it was fraud or a scam they said it wasn't .and if they wanted to do anything they had all my info already. When I asked them to close the account they threatened me with a $200 fee for "wasting" their time. They told me that they have been recording everything so they had everything on tape of what had gone on. They sent me documents last night to sign I did not sign them. I kept getting transferred from one person to another. I worked with three different people last night one of them being ******************* she was the main one and *************************** was the first one. I felt scared and terrified because of them and didn't know what to do. They are not a nice group of people to work with and they don't stand by what they say on their site which is that you can cancel with 72 hours. I hadn't even sent the funds to me yet so if you can cancel within 72 hours and pay back the principal then I should be able to cancel before we even get that far without there being any penalty.

    11/28/2022 was the date if the transaction. they said they would give me a loan but they had to verify the account first by sending some money to the account and then i had to put the money on a gift card that they sent me to verify the account and send it back to them before they would put the loan amount into my account. Once i questioned them on this. they got very defensive and said that if i wanted to close the account i would have pay $199 for legal fees. i have had loans before and have never had to do this and it doesn't seem right to me. they said the recorded everything i said and could use it againist me. they have me really scared. they sent me documents to sign but i don't feel right about signing them. They also went on to say that if they wanted to do anything they had all my info all ready and threatened to flag my account.
