    Date: 01/04/2023

************************* purchased our Brokerage Setup Package - Gold, which was the lowest package we had, that package did not come with Hands-On In-Person Training, it came with:

    Freight Broker Training Online Course
How to Find Carriers Online Course
How to Find Shippers Online Course
    Business Formation (LLC or Inc)
    EIN Number

That is it. ************************* called us and mentioned that she wanted Hands On In-Person Training, we allowed ************************* to attend our Hands-On In-Person Training for 1 week, but we gave her 2 weeks of hands-on training, which means she received 1 week of training for free.Since ************************* had an interest in Hands on In-Person Training, we swapped out the other items and provided ************************* Hands On In-Person Training.

All certificates are generated inside our online course after completion of the online course. ************************* would have been able to generate her own certificate if she would have completed our entire online course, however, we do provide certificates for our in-person training as well. ************************* certificate was and still is waiting for her to pick it up at our office.

We also provided ************************* with everything she needed to become a Freight Broker Agent and start her own business, she moved 1 load in her second week of our Hands-On In-Person Training, and she was paid 60% commission for that load. We advised ************************* to keep doing what she did to move the first load to move her 2nd, 3rd, and 4th loads, etc. Why ************************* has not continued to follow our instructions we do not know.
************************* could have called us or stopped by our office if she had any questions or concerns about anything.

Furthermore, we have provided ************************* with a job at our other business and she worked and was paid for all hours she worked.

So, ************************* was at our office for months working for us at our Drug Testing business, and we recommended to her that she could broker freight and work our drug testing position at the same time.************************* was doing so, then ************************* advised us that she would not be working at our drug testing facility anymore and that she wanted to keep going with her brokering journey, we said okay great, you have everything you need,  let us know if you have any questions or need any help, ************************* said okay.

We also told ************************* that she could have come to our facility every day to broker freight in our office if she wanted to until she felt more comfortable with doing it on her own.

She said okay, and she asked what did she need to work at home, we told her everything she needed to work at home, and what she needed to work at home is also in our online course.
****** could have gone back to our online courses and reviewed them, she has lifetime access to them with the package she has.
************************* was at our facility for months and never spoke about an LLC, because she knew that it swapped for her in person training.
We do not provide refunds as stated on our website, in our terms and conditions, because we provide digital products and services, furthermore, we have provided ************************* with more than enough to succeed and gave her a job with our other company.

She really has the audacity to write to BBB after all we have done for her. We put money in her pockets and she stabs us in the back like this, shame on her.
