This company has really bad ethics. I booked a load with them very recent . Their agent ************************* assured me that I can get quickpay for the load...Only to say things had changed after I completed the load. That I would have to wait for standard pay...Not only that I've gotten no response back when will that be... This guy completely lied after lie just to get his load moved...Not only that the load I moved , had a 12hr unload time at the receiver that ****** had to be aware of because they move the load often...You would think he would make me aware of that before considering to take the load...I literally had to cancel my load I had after because I had to sit there for 14hrs in total...And their detention pay is $150 total... I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with them to really reconsider...I'm not the only one that have had bad experiences with them. You can read their ****** reviews, or DAT reviews...I hope to get my full payment what's owe to me. Quickpay is how we keep our cash flow because we don't have a factoring company...I wouldn't of never booked the load if I knew I couldn't receive quickpay and amongst all the other things of course that have transpired...smh

We sincerely apologize for the challenges this has cause. Loadsmart recently enacted a "No Quickpay" policy to help fight fraud/double brokering and to protect our carriers and customers. This is listed in our Rate Confirmations in item 5 to ensure communication under Invoicing/POD Submission.
