  Date was 5/4/23.My wife told my 2008 Saturn Vue to electro man service *** to get the vehicle checked out...the vehicle had the check engine light on only and needed a oil change only ..but the mechanic told her she needed a few things done..So she told his words n got the vehicle repaired...like a front brakes, sway bar links 2 ,strut 1 left side,In total 600 dollars...she paid n Left..two days later..abs light,oil light, brakes feeling bad... unsafe for my *********** to drive in the vehicle...But the brakes was done 30 days before she took the vehicle to the electro man shop...so if the brakes were new why tell her that she needs brakes and not tell her what is wrong n why the check engine light is on...so I told the vehicle back to electro man.. because the lights didn't come on untill the shop fixed on my vehicle..but the shop asked me to pay to get the work they just done to my vehicle checked out...if u replace n repaired u should b happy to look at the work the shop had done..I told them I shouldn't have to pay when they check it for my wife your free n told her to bring the vehicle back.but they told me to come back when am ready to pay n walked away..I call the police station..

  On May 4 2023 ********************************, the original owner of the 2008 Saturn Vue, came alone to get brakes and oil change. She told us her car was making noise and we showed her what was the noise. She agreed to replace the parts a left a deposit. The same day right before we closed, we received a call from a guy stating that he wanted no work done and told him he can get a refund the next day. The next day ******************* came and we thought she was here to pick up her money **** she said that the guy who called was her friend and that he had no say in her life that he had nothing to do with her car. The job was complete, we replaced 1 struck and 2 sway bar links and 1 wiper. The car more issue but she wanted to start with only that. We also motioned the her that same day he had to replace the hub bearing because they started the grind and sounded like they had no more grease. We test drove the car and everything was fine. She came back because she had a traction light on and we took the liberty to clear all codes. The day after a man came very aggressive very raciest talking about the traction light we told him we had to check and verify to see if it was a connector or the bearing we talked about to *******************, we had to check the code with a scanner and here for a diagnostic fee is $75 because its electrical issue. He aggressively wanted everything for free, he was going to call the police and we agreed so we can talk and with him not acting like this. If the owner comes, we can help. but with out the guy lying and trying to fight. everything can be resolved by talking not screaming or fighting or acting crazy.

  Because on the day of questioning I didn't come to the business owner a I racist or irate. I ask the shop employee to check the vehicle, because the lights (all the lights had come on)and to tell me what exactly the shop had done to my vehicle.. but the employee didn't want to answer nor look at the contact info that was on the paper..and then he asked me an a very disrespectful way(EMPLOYEE SAID):"YOU CAN'T READ!.. WHAT WAS DONE IS ON THE *****!"..(I SAID: I KNOW BUT THE ***** DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING EXACTLY WHAT WAS DONE OTHER THEN BRAKES N OIL ETC...SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW EXACTLY WHAT..AND HE SAYS IT AGAIN..(EMPLOYEE:WHAT U CAN'T READ..SO THWN I AS FOR THE BOSS..HE SAID NO BUT A DIFFERENT AN OLDER GUY COMES OVER AND START TALK DOWN TO ME..AS IF I WAS WRONG FOR ASKING THE **** TO CHECK THE WORK THE **** HAD DONE ON THE VEHICLE....NO ONE TOLD ME THE **** HAD RESET THE COMPUTER...like they stated in they statement..no one give me a price of 75 dollars to check the vehicle.like they stated in they statement...THEY LOOKED ******* FACE N TOLD ME WHEN U READY TO PRICE COME BACK N THEN TURNED AROUND A WALKED AWAY FROM ME N THAT IS WHEN I SAID AM GONNA CALL THE POLICE **** THE EMPLOYEE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND YES AS I WAS SAY IT MY VOICE WAS HIGHER THEN WHEN WE STARTED THE CONVERSATION...SO I CALLED THE POLICE @4,4:30,5,5:15 **** THE **** WAS STARTING TO CLOSE BUT IT WAS 6 WHEN THE **** WAS SUPPOSED TO START TO CLOSE...SO I LEFT **** THE POLICE NEVER CAME..N THE THE NEXT 2 DAYS I WENT TO THE POLICE STATION TO FILE A REPORT BUT THE POLICE TOLD ME TO DO TO THE ***** HOUSE DOWNTOWN ***************** THE ***** SHOWs That am the OWNER.N HAVE ANOTHER **** invoice for the Saturn that's they also said I was not the owner..
