    On 6/24/2025 I was expecting delivery of a work computer. I work from home. It was supposed to arrive between 9:40 and 12:40 AM according to an email sent. At 12:40 I have not received anything so I walked around the house to see if the driver just left it somewhere. I found a door tag stating that no one was home. This is a blatant lie. I sit exactly 4 steps from the door that the door tag was left. I would have heard a knock or the doorbell ring. Therefore the driver was too lazy to carry the box from the truck to the door. If the driver would have read the delivery instructions that I left, it is 3 steps from the truck to the door where it should have been delivered. I called to complain and after going through automated phone garbage after 82 minutes I was connected to a human being. I had argued my case and they said they would call the depot and get the computer delivered by the end of the day. That didn't happen. I received message that it would arrive on 6/5/2025 between 9:30 and 12:30. Now I get another message that it will arrive by the end of the day. This means I'm out of work for 2 days and loss of pay at $65 per hour due to some driver's lie that they attempted to make a delivery.

    On 12/03/2024 around 3pm a *** Ex Delivery Driver requested access into *****************************************************************************************. I, (****** ****) advised the *** Ex Delivery Driver that due to Heightened security and an incident that had occurred on 12/03/2024, I had to limit the driver's access into the building. The Fed Ex Driver yelled at me (****** ****, a woman), asked me what I thought he was going to steal. Then yelled at me (****** ****) again to "Go Find some other Black People to harass"

    Date of transaction 1/2023 I paid ***** for express insured shipping shipping and insurance if the package was loss my dispute is I didnt receive the package I tried to file a claim for loss coverage repeatedly Ill bring told ***** would reach now and the issue time has been exhausted and they did not resolve my issue instead changed shipping cost tracking #************ case# ******** Ref# ***** issue wasnt resolved they closed case and turned me over to collections for $54.45
