I was supposed to get my package overnight and still have not received it. The order was made on April 17th and I was supposed to receive it in April 18th. However, I received a message from Fedex stating my package is now being delivered on Monday 4/21/2025. This morning at 4 am I received a message saying now I would receive my package tomorrow 4/22/2025. I am infuriated because the reason for the overnight is because it was my debit card that I need to pay bills and buy gas for work. I have a credit union so they are closed on weekends which is why I needed asap before the weekend. I was guaranteed that I would receive it before the weekend. However, here we are. I called and spoke to a representative today and she stated that I would have to go to the distribution center almost 40 mins away from my house and pick up my package. WHY would I have to do that when it was paid to receive it overnight. She then said well it says it will be there between 8-12. However, I DO NOT trust this. I really need my card. So now I have to run to the credit union to hurry and get a card hopefully. I currently have plumbers in my home because of a leak and have to leave them in my home alone because of FedEx's error.Initial Complaint

Package was not delivered on the day it was due. Driver did not leave the package despite it not requiring a signature. Contact with customer service provided no recourse and chose to gaslight me instead. Lied by saying they were unable to contact the drive and chose not provide any help of any sort instead. Continued to request the package be delivered but was met with rude responses.Initial Complaint

FedEx refuses to deliver packages to my address. I have them on camera not attempting delivery, just running the door tag up to the building then running back to their truck. They refuse to make a second attempt, so now I must pay money to take an **** to and from a FedEx Location to receive my package.Initial Complaint

I am 65 year old senior. i live on the 3rd floor of my apartment ***** I have filed NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS regarding deliveries not coming to my door. Heavy pkgs are left in the mail room. Even food! I have signed up for fedex delivery and put instructions in there. i have talked to managers to no avail. today they delivered a couch to my mail room. i have No means to get that up the stairs! Theu refuse to come deliver it properly. i am sick of this fight...iwish noone used fedex...they are the worst!!! I have a valued important package which was out for delivery on a vehicle last Sunday, Aug24th, I called fedex on Monday, Aug25 and they said it will be deliver again during the day but I didn't receive, the condition on my tracking is still out for delivery and doesn't have an expected date, I ask for a case opened, they said the investigation will be 24 hours to 48 hours, no later than 48 hours but I didn't got an updates after 48 hours, I called and contact several times but they don't give me any information, just told me to wait another 48 hours for the investigation. Today, ****** I receive email said they cannot find the package. Since the product is limited item with high market value, I'm so disappointed how Fedex dealt with the case.Initial Complaint

Four packages from **** were delivered on May 15th, 2024, at 12:42 PM CST. The delivery person did not ring the doorbells or attempt to notify me or anyone else in the three-flat building of the deliveries, so the packages were stolen. I've tried contacting FedEx via phone, text, and their app to let them know what happened due to sloppy delivery practices. This complaint is among numerous complaints filed with FedEx by residents in this building. Communication with this company is a joke at best! On 11/03/2023 at 11am Fedex delivered a box of **** Air Force Ones to my house. These shoes were for my child and I never received them. Instead of ringing the bell because we do have a working bell system at my house they left them outside for anyone to obtain them. The box had the correct apartment number so there would be no issues when it was time for them to be delivered. They could have easily placed the shoes inside of the building but they chose not to. Around 3 pm when we went outside we noticed an open box on the sidewalk someone had stolen the package. The hurt on my childs face was heartbreaking not only did we lose the shoes we lost money as well. When Fedex was contacted they stated there was nothing they could do which is furthermore frustrating because they are letting the customer know that they do not care about them. They could at least contact the driver give them training on how to deliver and secure a package this is not the first time and I am sure I am not the only one this has happened to. This is unacceptable and I want answers on how this can be corrected.
