      on July 11 I contacted International Shipping for a quote for shipment of three cars ($50000 value) inside the container from the ** to ******* going to final consumers no tax ID required for them to receive their cars I did the same shipment with the same company with no problem whatsoever so in the shipment they asked me again for the tax ID for the recipient and I told them It is not required and if you cannot do it just dont send me a container and they agree to do it without I loaded the container, and we sent it to ******** it was supposed to get to the bustle on the first week of August **** they pull it on the last minute I dont know why? And they sent me an email that the container been derail and will not go till the next vessel after two weeks and they said the reason why I was missing a recipient tax ID after two weeks they were able to load it to the next vessel and they didnt send me the bill till almost the fossil arrived in ******* I kept calling him about the bill and finally they send it to me, and I paid in full Deposit was $ 1500 Zelle the balance was $ 4100 paid right a way After couple days they sent me another bill of 3350 dollars extra In an email stating theyve been charged by Maersk for demurrage due to the missing Tax ID I challenged it Because if it was the case on the first week of August why it was OK on the third week of August if a tax ID is needed the vassal will stay till tax ID provider. And because they press me and the customer in ******* is getting charged daily till today October 8 for almost 2 weeks now I asked the owner of the company if he can send me the full charge that he is asking for with only one condition to write down on the invoice that it is because of a missing recipient tax ID I will pay it told me his software is not set up to write that even in the comment space which is unbelievable I told him just print it out and write it with your handwriting he still refusing My writes till today!!!!

      I found charges on my credit card that total $136.90 that were fraudlent, in the information line for the transaction, the words "Complete Your Tel" and the phone number ************ appear. This phone number is attached to this business.

      On July 14 I contacted international shipping Link requesting for a shipment quote and someone who could help load cars for me into an ocean container that they (International shipping Link) will provide from Maersk. International shipping link customer care by name **** called me and gave me a name of a loader called ********************** and said this guy could help load the container for me and hand it to them international for further processing and shipping to my country ********. I live in ********* and because Maersk doesnt operate in ********* any more, I had to ship ALL 3 cars to ******* to be loaded. These are very expensive cars for over $70k and where purchased by a business in ********. Everything went well and a deposit of $500 was paid to international except for the fact that International shipping did not follow the draft I gave them for documentation and basically pulled my name out as the shipper and inserted the loaders (********************** name on the bill of laden). After several attempt to have international change the doc , they didnt and so I was forced to work with the loader though its my container and I was supposed to be the shipper. I flew to ******** on august 12 to prepare for the arrival of this container (MSKU8854974) so I could hand the vehicles to the buyers. But before I departed, I made a wire transfer of $4200 on 08/10/2022 agreed by international shipping Link and the loader (*******) see attachment. I then flew to ******** on august 12th via Delta /Air France. At this point the full amount of the Container was paid for and ALL I was waiting for was a release document so I could clear the container out of the seaport in ********. International shipping promise I was going to have it in 5 business days. While in ******** I called and requested for a release, and nothing happened until I came back to *** on September 4th. Container arrived and is still seated at destination. please see attachment for complete complaint
