    We made a full payment to Grand Appliance on May 5 with the understanding that our appliance delivery would occur within 710 business days. However, on May 17, we were informed that Grand had made a scheduling error. The delivery date and installation were for different weeks. As a result, installation was pushed back to May 31 and having to miss a family vacation to receive the delivery and install.We reached out to see if some form of store credit could be offered to make up for the mix-up, especially considering our full payment had been held since 5/5 with no delivery in that expected timeframe. Unfortunately, our concerns were not addressed in a meaningful way.Whats most disappointing is the lack of ownership or effort to make the situation right. Had we known this would be the experience, we would have gladly paid a little more elsewhere for better communication and customer-centered service. We hope ********************** takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving their customer service and scheduling processes.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to miss your family vacation and to feel that your concerns werent fully addressed that is not the level of service we strive to provide.     They Dont DELIVER what you paid for! Made a purchase, scheduled delivery, day of delivery tracked the delivery process, updated provided, finally received message to greet driver However they NEVER arrived!!!! We then try to contact the driver and the store as we are very confused. We then received a cancellation notification. After trying to contact them again. The driver calls back about 20 later to say I am tired because I woke up at 5am today I cant deliver your order, call next week to reschedule

    We bought a Bosch refrigerator from them in January 2023. Teh evening after they delivered the unit to us, we noticed that the right ***** door witht he flap, does not close properly unless the door is slammed shut. We called Grand Appliance and told them of the issue. Then we started an 8-month ordeal where technicians were coming out to take a look around and all ended up telling us there is nothing they can do. We went back to their showroom and inspected all their French door refrigerator models, and all worked properly except for our model.They then said that it si the manufacturers decision and there is nothing they can do to help us. ***** clearly came back saying that there is nothing wrong with that model.So, we paid close to $5,000 for a brand new defective refrigerator that neither Grand Appliance or Bosch want any part of.We asked to replace our model with one that functions properly and were turned down.That is totally unacceptable.

    Sales Process was good, streamlined, salesguy was helpful informative. Price was great, delviery went well. Set up and install went well. DO NOT BUY an extended warranty from these guys. They sell it to a horrible company called Centricity who doesn't answer their phones and farms the work out to an unreliable service provider. And when I had problems with the 1.5yr old fridge Grand did not help with my problems with Centricity or Frigidaire. They pointed the finger at their partner who they sold the warranty to. Absolute worst service for the products they sell. I will be buying from ABT next time.
