      I own my mobile home & am trying to sell it. The office states no one has applied when ive received messages from persons they've applied, then office states no on is approved yet. I have not signed a lot rent lease since 2019. I can not continue to pay lot rent on top of my rent & bills I now reside at.Another person within the community is trying to sell her manufactured home as well & the office tells her no one is approved. This ****** unethical & unlawful. The office are telling applicants that thyre not approved for our homes but they can get them a better deal & are trying to get them to rent or buy the mobile homes they have available. Please help us persons that are trying to sell our mobile homes Thank u *******
