On October 20, 2023 I completed an online survey/betatest with BetaTesting.com. I was to be paid $50.00 for that survey which was added to my Betatesting.com account However, for the past month, I have been trying to get either technical help or customer service help, because I cannot transfer my account balance to Paypal. Due to some kind of error, I have not been able to receive the text messages generated from Betatesting.com in order to transfer my balance out of their website to my PayPal account. ***** has responded to my inquiries, and I cannot therefore access the money due to me. There has been no communication whatsoever in how to remedy this.

    To whom it may concern,

We conduct user research services, and this is a user research participant that has submitted a complaint because they are having difficulty receiving a text message to validate their account. This is not an issue with a customer, but a technical issue for a user of our website. We are now reaching out to this participant to help them through email. We did not receive any previous emails and we now have uncovered them in our spam folder. It seems all of the emails went to spam because they had nothing in the "subject" field of the email.
