    Morningstar's cancellation policy is extremely difficult to manage. While their standard subscription provides a simple mechanism for canceling, their stock investor newsletter service does not. You have to contact an email address. Once I did so, the representative asked for the last four of my credit card, and billing address. I would assume this would already be on file. Apparently my billing address is not what they have and so I am not able to cancel. The service is not cheap, and I don't want or need it. I always liked Morningstar in the past, but this is not good. I feel it should be illegal to make customers jump through hoops to cancel a subscription. Either way, I don't believe this is good business, and I'm putting them on notice.
