I RECENTLY WAS HIRED BY NORC AND MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT THE BEST. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE ANY MONEY FROM THEM FOR THE RESPONDENT'S ****, AFTER FINALLY GETTING THE **** I ONLY WORKED ONE DAY. SO MUCH ***************** I QUIT THE SAME DAY AND I AM HAVING A HARD TIME RECEIVING MY LAST PAY. THEY USE ADP AND INCORRECTLY INPUTTED MY PAY INTO AN ACCOUNT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I WAS PAID AND THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CORRECTING MY PAY, PLACED INTO AN ACCOUNT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. I REACHED OUT TO ADP AND WAS INFORMED THAT NORC NEEDED TO CONTACT THEM TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. THEY KEEP SENDING ME TEXTS SAYING THE SAME THING AND GETTING AN ACTUAL LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK TO IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY ONLY CORRESPOND USING EMAILS. I WANT MY PAY AND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP ME WITH ADP. THEY EXPECT ME TO FOLLOW UP AND CORRECT THEIR *****. I DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE FROM ADP. NORC HIRED THEM TO PROCESS THEIR PAYROLL AND NORC SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING THE ***** FIXED AND GETTING ME MY PAY FOR AN HONEST DAYS WORK. IF ANYONE THAT READS THIS CAN HELP ME IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED. NORC DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY HIRE NOR IF THEY RECEIVE THEIR PAY. HELP ME SOMEONE

This company asks for a survey of the ************** and surrounding areas. They offer to send 15$ for your participation. And you never get any compensation for your participation. So don't waste your time. I think these companies are a fraud. And these counties know who they hire to do their work for them. Leave it to government to do you wrong.

Received a mailer about a survey and completed the survey online weeks ago. Was told I would be receiving a $15 Amazon gift card. Weeks later, still no gift card. Should have known better than to waste my time. ************* Next time I get one of the mailers it's going straight into the trashcan, and will also be sure to let everyone I know that they are scammers as well.

Never had any relationship with them but they blind called me today during dinner. At first they claimed to be with the *** conducting a survey. When I mentioned the *** does not cold call, they clarified they were a business calling on behalf of the ***. When I asked to be transferred to a supervisor as I was on the do not call list they said that "We don't do that." When I mentioned it was a $50,000 fine for violating the do not call list they hung up and blocked my number...

I have had two times where I've completed one of their surveys. I get to the end and it states that I have finished. But then when I checked my account I was not credited for the survey ($3 and $7). When I contact the company they claim that I didn't finish the survey, even though I got all the way to the end. Then they say that I can go back to finish the survey. But if I try to go back, it states that the survey is no longer available. I just want to warn other people that you may be wasting your time it you work on a survey for them.

These are called surveys with screener. Surveys with screener make up only about 5% of all of our surveys. NORC values the time and effort that our panel members give us, and we try to minimize the time panel members need to dedicate to answering screener questions. Because the reviewer was not eligible for this survey, the reviewer was not given an award. All of our survey invitations state that you can only receive an award if you are eligible for the survey and complete the survey. Our records show that the reviewer has completed over 135 surveys for NORC and has been awarded the promised AmeriPoints for completing them. With regard to the second survey, we sincerely apologize for the technical difficulties that the reviewer encountered, and that the reviewer did not have a chance to try and complete the survey again. When the reviewer attempted to complete the survey, the quota for total numbers of surveys that were needed was filled. However, because we value our panel members and the time that they give us, we are happy to award the value of the points that the reviewer missed out on, plus some extra points. As such we have awarded a total of ****** AmeriPoints (equivalent to $14) to the reviewers account on 10/12/2022.
