I visited puttery on 1-6-2024. I visited with a friend and asked that we be charged separately. The cashier charged me for both my friend and I. I asked that she cancel my friend's charge and she said she couldn't. Additionally, she said I would be charged $18 for one round. She didn't say there was an added tip. I didn't order any drinks so I don't know why a tip was added. The over charge was deceptive both by adding gratuity and not notifying me and also by double charging me and then saying she couldn't undo it. I tried contacting the company several time without any return call or email. This was my only next option since the company would not respond to my concern.
