      A moving price was quoted from a virtual tour of the inside of our house and a questionnaire-detailing the number of items to be moved. The company was from ******* and later referred to Best Price Moving and Storage". On moving day, original quoted price was doubled two trucks were needed vs. one from original quote. We ok'd it- had to move out, buyers of our house were to take possession of our house the next day.Fees kept on being added. $800 for packing material 11% fuel surcharge $988, probably this one is ok Binding. $3,000 Additional. $1,200 Bulky fee. $400 What should have been. $10,344. became $14,850 We were rushed to make decisions- and extra costs were shown at the end.As you can see, too many extra costs: gouging Ex. I taped boxes - used 4 rolls per box. Movers, again taped over some of my boxes multiple times.Even an unopened, sturdy case of ********** water was taped several times.Garden tools, i.e., shovels were tied down by me securely with ropes, those were unnecessarily taped over as well.I spent less than twenty dollars per packaging tape vs. $800 charged by the movers.At delivery, movers were rushed due to being late for another job, consequently, some furniture was not fully assembled.Other furniture was damaged.Utility floor was damaged when the washer was placed, and the legs were bent.Walls and corners were scratched.We filed a claim with their insurance company.Sent photos showing damaged furniture and walls Claim was denied completely.Calls were not returned, after an email was sent to us - with a $100.00 final settlement Lastly, movers refused to use foot covers, our house was just built and sanitized. Looked like one of them, took pleasure in wiping their feet on the new carpet. Overall, very disrespectable. Horrible experience.

      This company did a great job in transporting our household belongings. We had absolutely no worries as they took care of all the paper work and made sure it got smoothly. Even on the arrival, we could collect with ease as all the paperwork was done.

      Had a very good moving experience. They had the boxes picked-up from the doorstep and dropped the surprisingly damage-free boxes off at my doorstep. The experience was just as it is said "STRESS-FREE, FROM START TO END". The staff were considerate and guided me thoroughly through the packing process.

      I had an awesome experience with this company and the service I received was exceptional. I got frequent updates on my move and whenever I needed status update the customer service gave prompt responses. The condition of the move was also really good and no complaints at all.

      Great experience from the initial enquiry through to the move and the last piece of furniture being placed. Great team who packed, we didn't even know they were around when working from home. The move itself was professional and nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind in where I wanted the furniture to be!

      Nothing was too much trouble because they were just too good, they were friendly and professional. It couldnt have been better. My belongings were perfectly fine when they reached to their destination and I was really happy and satisfied. I even recommended them to a close friend.

      I am glad I chose this team for my move. It was well-organized and hassle-free. I am so impressed by the fact that each piece was carefully packed and it was made sure by the team lead that everything arrived in perfect condition. Special shout-out to the entire team. I am very satisfied with the overall service. Recommending them for all sorts of moves!

      We had a very good and pleasant experience in moving our things. We did use Door to Door shipping service for our entire move. All the boxes were delivered in very good condition and came in without any issues. The overall service was really great and we would recommend this company.
