    I waited 5 months to write a review and I'm still upset by this experience. I was moving to a new apartment two blocks from previous apartment from a Studio into a 1-bed.Despite being fully packed and ready to go, it took the movers 2x as long to do the move which doubled the quote. Only one of the two movers was working at any given time and they were disorganized. I called management to discuss and they pushed me to pay in full and that "we'll sort something out later, I'm driving." Despite following up several times, the company went ****

    Did not take any care with my very expensive furniture. $10,000 sofa is damaged. My baby's nursery furniture is damaged. $8,000 dining set is damaged. Beware of using this moving company if you actually want your furniture making it in tact and good condition! Horrible to work with.

    Disappointing Experience with Broken Promises I chose this moving company for a ****-mile move, attracted by their binding rate promise, good communication, and detailed inventory process. However, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite an exhaustive inventory process and a clear binding rate agreement, *******, the owner, demanded additional fees on moving day, citing unexpected labor costs. The crews behavior was appalling, involving cursing and arguments, which was disrespectful in the presence of my family. Despite agreeing on an early start for the ****-mile move, the team arrived late and rushed through the process of unloading, unpacking and assembling, leaving behind a lot of unpacked goods so they could catch a scheduled return flight. The lack of professionalism and failure to uphold commitments was extremely disappointing.

    Anybody using their services, I highly recommend do not provide your credit card to them by any chance. Sharing my experience, they ask you for 200 $ it at the time of booking and then they charge at their will whatever amount they please without authorization or communication. You run a huge risk providing any financial information to them. Please be aware.
