They wrapped furniture with great care. They carefully maneuvered around tight corners; even helped move some clutter in their path with kindness. They were gentle and careful with new hardwood floors; also communicative.

5 stars*** really knows his stuff. We had a spital staircase that made empting our loft fairly impossible but he rigged up a pully system and took off the railing and they just lowerd the bed and dresser. Pricing was middle of the road. They did charge an extra $75 for dealing with the loft but I didnt mention that to them. Our salesman was detailed and we felt very comfortable with him. My experience! The movers were to arrive on a Friday the 22nd. but didn't get there til Monday the 1st. Not a problem. I was quoted a ****** move. The ****** went around and checked everything and quoted me ******. A big difference in price. They came in a beat up truck. The truck was too small. I'd already sold the house and the buyers needed me out, they were living in a travel trailer. We ended up having to leave items behind and having mattresses smashed in on lawn mowing equipment. When they arrived at our destination **** miles away, items were broken. Rare lamps, and computer screens were missing along with a TV. They promised to set up furniture but the two guys who unloaded had no clue, bolts were missing and I replaced them. My sofa was broken . Life wasn't good. To move again if I do. Guess what Uhaul gets my business. I've told friends and family in many states. DO NOT HIRE MOVERS. IT WILL REALLY COST YOU IF YOU DO. It wasn't just the move it was replacing items and bolts.Sunflower Moving & Storage

*****, we reviewed all of our records and it seems you have confused us with another company. We are NOT the company that you hired to move. We get at least 20 calls a week from upset clients of a company based out of ** that's named Sunflower Transit. We have no affiliation with them and do our best to help those "victims" contact the *** to file the appropriate complaints. We would be happy to help you, feel free to call our office and we will point you in the right direction. We were able to identify over a dozen reviews across various platforms that are in the same position you are. The website you need to go to is www.protectyourmove.gov You need to have the correct *** # to ensure the same mistake is avoided.Review fromSophia L
