      ZERO ***************** I have been going back and forth over email for weeks now!! When I try to set up the monument I get "Monument is already set up connect to monument" When I try to connect to it with either My Wife or My phone it says " Unknown Error please try again later" After multiple email responses not a single thing has changed. I have begged them to call me to troubleshoot the issue. I am a computer engineer and I have never had a complete lack of support than this company provides. I tried reaching tem vis thier SEC filing number and no answer, I tred reaching them at Monument Labs, Inc.222 ************************ Ste **** ***************************************************** and left multiple messages. None of the responses they gave me were even remotely likely to fix the issue!!!!

      Half of the help pages return a 404 error, The steps they provided had zero chance of working, yet i went through them 1 at a time and they did not work!! I have sent diagnostic information multiple times and emailed ***** times
