      I bought a Ludwig Evolution Drum Kit from Zzounds.com in August of 2024. Upon receiving the drum kit, I was shorted about 20 pieces of hardware & was unable to use my new drums. It took over two months for Zzounds to rectify the situation. So bad that I had to threaten to not pay for the instrument because of their lack of response & concern. Well, ever since then, I’ve been black listed from all installment plans despite their false advertising that I qualify for up to 6 months financing, no credit check needed. The company is punishing me for their negligence & their slow response to fixing the problem they were responsible for. This is after years of loyalty & thousands & thousands of dollars spent with the company. Im now moving over to Sweetwater & will never give Zzounds another cent. What a shame?

      over the past year I have purchased quite a bit of equipment for our church from zzounds with no problems, equipment always arrived on time except one order and zzounds made it right. I hope they continue to get better. Thanks guys!!

      This company is very miss leading stay away there a joke I have a 700 credit score and got turned down it also says no social security number but at the end when you check out they ask for your number I got turned down bc I didn't buy any cables from them I have cables why do I need to buy more they are liers

      If I could give ZERO stars I would! I have been a customer of ********************** for at least 10 years. Today I placed an order and about 2 hours later I got an e-mail stating my order had been cancelled without explanation. When I called the company and spoke to someone I was told that "I recently returned items under less than normal circumstances and the company had decided they would not accept orders from me any longer". To be clear, I returned a few items utilizing THEIR return policy and those items were found to be in perfect condition and the returns were accepted.I am a professional, touring musician and I spend roughly $10K per year on music equipment and expendables. When I reached out to their management regarding this incident I was rudely told that they "Suggest I do business with a local company". I will NEVER spend another cent with this company and I will continue to encourage others to do the same.

      zZounds Music, LLC is not out of business. I've bought quite a bit of musical equipment from them and it's always been a great experience. They're customer support is great and they make it very easy for people to get great music gear through their payment plan... highly recommended.

      They say they don't run credit checks for their 6-month financing. But then when you place an order with them directly over the telephone they say it's trouble verifying your accounts. I had checked all my information beforehand my bank is very aware of what my address is as well as my number and how my name appears on my card. When you call in to ask them why they cancel they song and dance and say we do not know it's a verification problem. To tell me it's a verification problem just doesn't make sense.

      BUYER BEWARE! I recently had my last $409 to my name taken from a bank account/credit card that I did NOT give Zzounds access to use for the transaction they billed me for.Zzounds used a card that I provided in hopes to get some gear financed to bill me for the balance of a purchase made on a different/separate account that was initially purchased with a completely different card with different address. Without any warning whatsoever, they decided to add the information I provided to them to the billing details of another account! No transaction was made along with the given information, my card and billing details were supposed to have been encrypted, as states their Pay as you Play agreement.It states "we immediately encrypt sensitive information such as Social Security and credit card numbers."DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!They have committing identity theft and most certainly credit card fraud. I am of course taking the steps necessary to fight this with my bank but now thanks to Zzounds I have nothing in my bank account and will not be able to provide for myself once again much longer until this is resolved. I am disabled without the benefit of disability and cannot work therefore I have no source of income, in fact the money they took from me was my once a year saving ****** my tax return. Shoutout to Zzounds for being just another megacorporation that only exists to make a quick buck! STAY AWAY!

      zZounds is the most dependable music related store i can count on. I have a full recording studio all of which has been ordering through zZounds. I am a inspiring musician and recording artist and utilizing zZounds has given me the opportunity to explore it all. I absolutely would recommend and have recommended zZounds for anything relating to music instruments to recording or preforming live. I have been using zZounds for at least the last 5 years and have never had any issues with the products. Thanks!

      Compared to rest they are the best! I didn't have a problem with them at all. I didn't like them accessing my account to see if the money is in there when the product is out of stock but everyone does that! It delays the use of my money ??! I've read the reviews of other companies and they are a lot worse. These people are easy to talk to and they're not rude. I am! I wouldn't talk to me!!! ?? This is the go to company!
