    I have been a frequent customer since J's ********************** opened. Visually the place is appealing and clean. I live in the neighborhood and did not mind the service until 3/1/23 I came in for a soak off of my nails and wanted a Hard Gel overlay with Gel Color and the woman who I was sent to for service said she couldn't do it, only "no chip". I asked her 4x time about gel and she said they did not do it. I was in a rush for a dinner reservation and continued with the "no chip" and pedicure. When I left I called and was told by the guy who I am assuming is the manager that they do in fact do Hard ************ he told me to return with my receipt and pay the difference.I returned the next morning 3/2/23 and re-explained the issue, the woman who did my services the day before SCREAMED LIAR AND SAID I WAS LYING ABOUT ASKING FOR GEL. She then started going back and forth with the guy in whatever language they speak and yelled out BULLSH*T. I was appalled. The guy apologized and a new woman who said she would redo my nails apologized and explained that the woman does not know how to do gel nails and that next time just waits for another tech.This is my issue, as a customer who comes in 2-3x a week and you usually do not get the same person unless you're lucky or call ahead. My assumption is that everyone is trained and on the same level and can do all of the services listed. Like many other reviews, it's a mixed bag of experience and no experience. The woman who was screaming and cursing at me was completely unprofessional and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and have told friends and family the same. My services should have been FREE because of her outburst.I was charged $158
