    They sell broken parts wont issue refunds. I had to get ************** involved

    I am sorry to hear this ******************. Company did issue you a refund via credit card same day of purchase but unfortunately there is a process on credit card refund transactions that *** not go back to your credit card account right away that *** take few hours or days to process ******************* gave you a credit card refund receipt for your records thank you.
