Hi there, *** Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with us. Not quite sure what happened exactly that warranted this type of review - we always comply with state and federal laws and policies regarding business transactions and customer protection. There is nothing in our records regarding any type of transaction, financing, or a "deposit" - just nonresponses from our SMS/email campaigns with you. Feel free to call us or email us directly to go over what happened that warrants this type of escalation of a situation. We treat everyone like family here - it saddens us that we could not have done more for you.Review fromRoy L

I had a repair done at Midway Dodge. It was for an oil leak from the oil filter adapter. I found out it a common problem with 3.2l and 3.6l motors from *********hen I dropped my car off I was told that their labor rate is $189 an hour. This was reiterated to me 3 times. when I picked up my car I seen that I was charged $222.55 an hour for 5.5 hrs. When I questioned it I was told that ******** makes their dealerships use AI to determine pricing for repairs. Then why did you make a point of telling me that labor costs was $189 an hour. That's an overcharge of $185. I've tried to contact the dealership twice on ******** IM only to get a generic response. I called and asked to speak to the owner only to get transfered to a full mailbox. So I will have to go back and deal with them face to face.On top of being overcharged, I found that they left a bolt not torqed down. It wasn't even hand tightened and the just placed the engine cover on top of the motor unsecured. They also left oil around the area that they worked on.I bring both of my cars to this dealership for repairs but for less than $200 you have lost another customer, As far as purchasing a new car there, Absolutely not.I only gave them 2 stars instead of one because for the 7 years they have been fair and performed well on previous repairs. Something has changed and its not for the ********** have gotten to be dishonest and greedy. You have good staff, they can smile at your face while sticking the knife in your back.Midway Dodge, Incorporated II

Hey there, *** Sorry about the troubles and inconveniences that your experience brought you. First off, thank you for having been a loyal customer with us for so many years - you are family, ***, here at Midway Dodge. You know we always take care of our own, that is why you came back the end of December, and again in February this year. We do appreciate your faith and trust in us - that is why we are overlooking some details in this review. The rates are $189, and will be, until further notice. We have it posted on the website, and onsite, and as you mentioned, in our phone calls or ******************* You came in December for a multipoint inspection (MPI), found there were mechanical issues with the engine - you agreed to the service and paid the full amount of a value over $1500. Again, thank you for your business and faith in us. You came back at the end of December because we put you on the ***** protection plan. Then in February, we did our MPI, provided tire rotation & brake inspection, replaced your filters and oil up to spec. Again, at no cost to you. Just here to acknowledge your review and being fully transparent with what happened and how we have been taking care of you. Starting to sound like a broken record here, but again, thank you for your faith and trust in us. You are part of the Midway Dodge family, ***, always -and when you call, speak to a manager and we will make sure you are taken care of. We have your file, we know who you are - you are one of our VIP. This review... it never happened. Family is family.Review fromZariyah J

A few day ago I came in to put hay a vehicle midway dodge posted online on an app called offfer up. Upon arrival I was in formed by the salesman that the car I was inquiring about was actually junk and was used to lower customers in. Priced to show me other vehicles while I was there I tried to turn away because they could not approve me for a car with me credit without a co-signer. I told the salesman I was ready to leave and not interested in putting 4 thousand dollars down on any car than he had one of the manager speak to me in a an office to further persuade me, I declined and and tried to leave, they than projected me to their finance manager where he told me the price I would really being paying for the vehicle. I said fine and they started drawing up paper work for me to sign keep in mind I had not officially had a co-signer yet. Eventually I get to look at the paper work and the payments and prices are sky high which look nothing like the amounts I promised. I signed the papers still without a co-signer they charged me 1/4 of the down payment keep in mind they would not have been able to sale me a car with a co-signer so why would they be charging me before that point. I was known knowledge between me and a few of the employees that I was signing the signature on behalf my co-signer (my mother). They tried contacting my mother to get her to sign the documents because she refused and absolutely did not want to be a co-signer for a vehicle. This call happened around the time they charged me the down payment midway dodg e refused to refund. I have to reiterate how can I be charged for a vehicle I do not have co-signer for and Im required to have a co-signer thats illegal and unethical. People at the establishment are unethical and do not operate with integrity.Midway Dodge, Incorporated II

Hi there, Zariyah Sorry about the troubles and inconveniences you went through. We went through a business revival over a year ago, with new management and an upheaval on branding, so following the details of your story is producing some cognitive dissonance for us. We treat every customer with respect and are fully transparent on the condition of the cars we show; the ability to finance, the details of financing and their respective packages - that is why we are top-rated on **************, ********, ******, and KBB; we were awarded in 2023 & 2024, and are partnered with ****** as a Lifetime Dealer because of our business practices and customer satisfaction.Addressing the details of your review per the records in our system: 1) there are no co-signer, 2) 1st check had a forged signature from the assumed "co-signer" which you admitted to with our finance manager, and 3) when we did provide you with a refund for the authentic deposit that you did eventually provide, after returning that vehicle to our lot - that same vehicle, out of all the other vehicles on our lot, was found with a broken windows and the interiors set on fire. Fortunately for us, this has been filed with the *** and our insurance was able to take care of the situation. So, no harm, no foul. We are ethical, we operate with integrity, and we hold no grudges.Review fromLizbeth G

Hey *******,Sorry to hear about your car troubles and what you went through during that time. Especially because you were a referral from a friend, you shouldn't have gone through that. Our apologies, again. Reviewed your case, and according to our files, you purchased your 2013 **** Q5 (odometer of ******* at the time) on 11/9/23. You serviced your vehicle and repaired what was wrong, free of charge - deservedly so, on 11/15/23, within a week of your purchase. It did not take 9 days.We did not know about the issues as you claimed, that is why we addressed the mechanical issues (and leak) with the engine which was the determined cause of the whole issue with the heating system. We do a vehicle inspection and pull the CarFax with every prospective buyer on the vehicle that they choose. We are transparent to fully comply with state and federal laws and policies, that is why we are top-rated with **************, ********, ***************, ******, and even a partner with awards with ****** because of our business practices and customer satisfaction. This review was posted 12 days after we took care of your car - we presume that you had another issue that arose. There are no communications logged in our system; if you did have another issue that needed to be looked at, you should have reached out to us on phone/email so we could have squared it away during that time period. Hindsight is always 20/20, so apologies on the "unhelpfulness" of that comment. If you do decide to shop again at Midway Dodge, please - just contact us ASAP so we can take care of you within the appropriate interval. New management, new business operandi, new mantra: the Midway Dodge family. We always take care of our own.Stay safe and blessed, *******.Review fromNona S

Hey there, **** Sorry about the troubles you went and the inconveniences of the whole ordeal. Especially considering you posted this under 6 months after you purchased your vehicle on 3/28/23. Thank you for your due diligence and giving us that ***** period of trying to make it right. On 4/30/23 - we serviced it for electrical issues it was having, especially with the windows not functioning properly. We took care of that, free of charge. On 8/31/23 - we serviced it again for wheels & tires, and the two mechanical engine issues. We took care of that, free of charge. On 11/28/23 - we serviced the major issues with the engine because of the Check Engine Light diagnostics, and also the cooling issue which was symptomatic of what was happening with the engine. We took care of that, free of charge. We appreciate your faith and trust in us, so your complaint was warranted and valid, and we are very happy to have taken care of you despite the whole ordeal. You're part of the Midway Dodge family, **** - we always take care of our own. Stay safe and blessed.Review fromralph v

I purchased a ************** from midway dodge 6 weeks ago had the truck 2 days and the transmission went out. Called one week later to see if it was fixed, *** said there were working on it. Well know am just getting the run a round from them, am a small shop that needs my truck for work. ******* weeks is a long time to change a transmission. I myself would never go back to by any other car or truck from them. So, if i where you buyer beware. This truck came with a warranty that covers form bumper to bumper like transmission. Also, if you call them, you be lucky if they answer the phone in service, only at the front desk. Know am on week 7 still no van lost business!and 2 labors thanks to midway dodge. Nothing like paying for a van you don't have. Good luck to all you buyers!Midway Dodge, Incorporated II

Hey there, ***** Sorry about the whole ordeal and the headaches with your vehicle. We investigated and reviewed your case. You did purchase the 2015 ********** from us on 6/20/23. You did bring it into the shop 3 days afterwards, as you said - the transmission went out on day 2 post-purchase. Apologies on that unexpected inconvenience. What is not publicly known is that the 2015 GMC Savana is notorious for having transmission issues. Users have reported that particular make and model going through shuddering, shaking, hesitation, lurching, or even complete failure... and that's after repairs. These types of failures even occur on models at lower milage. And then, from our side, we had to go through the headache of finding the *** assembly which is scarce because after a certain year, *** stops producing parts for certain vehicles (the Savana being one of them), and aftermarket dealers know more about this side of the industry than others... which leads them to purchasing up these discontinued parts and inflating their value 3.5x their original price. Despite that, we did repair the issue (free of charge) and took care of the electrical and cooling issues that were with it. Appreciate you placing your faith and trust in us, as others have - that is why we are top-rated with **************, ********, ***************, ******, and even partnered (with awards) with ****** as a Lifetime Dealer because of the quality of our vehicles and mechanics, and customer satisfaction.Review fromLes W
