    Every service opportunity at @Perillo-*** on ***************** provides a new way for @Perillo-*** to disappoint and frustrate me. This time instructions by text said pick car up at 3:30. I arrived at 3:30pm. Just before 4pm a stand-in tech tells me the tire is defective and they need to order one, none of my tires are in stock. On my way home the previous/2nd tech of the day texts he is sorry about not having my tire in stock in the 1st place. So one of the techs might be truthful. Usually the frustration is an average of 30 minutes from payment to me getting in car. This is a new level of poor service...and that is my kindest description available. In the 2 years following purchase of a used @Perillo-*** on ***** street not one service interaction(pay then drive) is less 25 minutes After we agree on the time vehicle will be ready....and i am on time, Perillo is late to deliver my car. The service is pathetic. Hope my car is ready on October 4, 2024 cause no one from Perillo reached out today....WOW! It was ready and I have it back...

    Racism is going on at the ******* location. They dont communicate with you properly and when you call they pickup the phone then hang up the phone on you to make it seem as if you have a bad connection. ******* that works there should not be working there but again its a racist place so what do I suspect even though Im paying my hard earned money out of pocket just like everyone else not black. Smh had me pay extra out my pocket for rental car because of lack of communication on when my vehicle would fixed properly. Two hoses and a computer module for brakes doesnt take two freaking weeks! Poor service at this specific location.!!!!!!

    Absolutely unethical business practices They pocketed $1900 dealer contribution discount offered by *** to new customer leasing a new car?!! I asked them for any credit or rebate or discount before I picked up my new I5. Only to be told by a colleague that they pocketed my credit even though its advertised on their web!!!That is a highway robbery and disgrace. When I asked my sales person he told me too bad! Thats who they conduct business and make money

    BEWARE IF YOU BUY A USED CAR HERE!!! You're not going to believe what this dealership's General Sales Manager told me. I purchased a used 2015 BMW w/ 57k miles. ****** 2 weeks it started acting up. I scheduled a service call to find out what's wrong. Before the service appointment the car broke down leaving my son stranded on the highway in the middle of the night. I'm told the battery was dead and needed replaced, and the alternator also needed to be replaced to a sum of just under $3,000. The tow truck cost over $100. I PAID OVER 20k for this car for my 2 children. I asked that Perillo pay the cost of my battery and tow since I had owned the car for less than 1 month. I was told NO! Dealership is not going to cover the charge. I told Sales Manager about the Consumer Fraud Act which protects consumers like us and the ****** laws which also protect us from bad businesses. Sales Manager told me this was my fault and I should talk to my lawyer. I told him I AM a lawyer. Not only did they lose what could have been a few years of service but lost me as a first time customer. Guess I'll call my attorney as he recommended.

    I had an experience at this dealership that left me feeling uneasy. From the moment my husband and I arrived it just seemed as thought the sales man was very interested, he disappeared and left us upstairs several times which left us thinking he wasnt. It just seemed really weird and uncomfortable but then once we got to the point of checking credit, he started becoming weird about the application which really made me sense something was up. Mind you we havent run credit or done anything yet to warrant his weirdness. We were so uncomfortable that we decided to just go ahead and cancel all together because it didnt seem that they were eager to help us! Once we canceled he went to grab our car and we didnt see him again which was rude! What actually upset me was when we were waiting for our car we got a notification from creditors saying it was a hard inquiry that hit and guess from where PERILLO BMW!!! Mind you we didnt proceed nor did we move forward so them going ahead and running credit anyway ****** us completely off.
