      I ordered and paid for a custom sized rug. This was ordered in August 2023. I paid $969 with my credit card. I was told there was a 3 month waiting period, however I kept calling and was told that the rug was not ready. Finally this July I got a phone call that my rug was ready to be delivered, but I was out of the country, therefore I scheduled delivery about 2 weeks later upon my return. Delivery was supposed to have occurred on July 27. I attempted to contact Peerless rugs at various different telephone numbers to confirm and all their telephone numbers ring through and no one ever answers. I have now found out that there store on ************** is closed. I did not receive the rug as promised on July 27. Since that time I have been calling all the numbers associated with Peerless rugs.. Last week someone did answer their telephone number and said they would check with the warehouse to see why the rug had not been delivered and being that I am again out of town I gave her an alternate address for delivery. I have not heard any information about when this may be delivered and again all their telephone numbers just ring and no one ever answers.
