      We paid for subscription over a month attempted to contact the merchant- no answer or response. No subscription was mailed to me yet The Muslim Journal charged the account for the subscription

      Thank you for giving Muslim Journal the opportunity to respond to this complaint.

      I have looked for an autopay (charge to customer) for Mr. ******* ******* and it does not show up under this name. As an "autopay," the record would be under the email address and I do not see an email address.

      Muslim Journal can provide Mr. ******* with a refund from the payment however we will need the email address to do so after finding the payment and cancelling the account.

      We would also like to offer to Mr. ******* still a 1-year subscription and give the refund as well. Did he request an online subscription which he would have received an access code as acknowledgement with his original sign up? Or did he request the print edition at the address provided here?

      Also as it appears the "renewal" to his subscription was an autopay transaction, please ask him to dismantle this feature on his pay wall; Muslim Journal cannot do it from our accounts.

      DISENGAGING AUTOPAY or RECURRING Payment Feature:

      1. Log into your ****** Account with your normal credentials;
      2. Near the top of the page, you will find the "Settings" tab; click on it;
      3. In your settings, click "Payments";
      4. Under "payments," you will find "manage pre-approved payments" (this is where you will find recurring and scheduled payments);
      5. Find the payment you want to cancel (eg Muslim Journal). Next to the payment, you will see the "Cancel Subscription" button. It could be a simple "cancel" button or "cancer automatic billing";
      6. Following these instructions will disengage auto pay and cancel renewals of your subscription.

      I paid for a 6 month subscription January 10. Its supposed to be delivered once a week. Its February 12 and still no journal. I called him and he said he would take care of it and still nothing.
