My name is ***************************. My father ********************* was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and started receiving the hospice services on August 29, 2022. Since the first visit with the nurse *****, on 9/5/2022 something did not feel right, she was very cold and my father did not receive any sympathy from her at all. She made only 4 visits before my dad passed. I am very disappointed with the services we received and I feel that this nurse needs to held accountable. My father was in so much pain on his last week. We continuously mentioned to ***** about my dad's symptoms including when he started hallucinating and getting very anxious. I remember asking her, when we should take out the comfort box from the fridge on Thursday (9/22/2022) in which she said, she didn't think it was necessary yet. She also mentioned that he was still not ready to transition. Up until that day she only visited my father once a week. On Friday Sept 23rd evening, I called the 24/7 emergency number as my father had been in so much pain all day and I requested a nurse to come see him immediately. When the new nurse arrived, I immediately noticed the difference in care and sympathy from her. She was kind and all our questions were answered, she told us that my father did not look good at all and she was going to be completely honest with us. She mentioned that my father should've been seen daily days ago as well as started with the Morphine for his pain. My father sadly passed Saturday Sept 24, 2022 @6:50am. My father was a loved spouse, father, and grandfather and thankfully has a huge family who was here daily helping, but imagine being someone who is alone and putting your care in this company's hands? A person like ***** should not be working with patient's who are looking for comfort and relieve in their last days of life. I want her to be hold accountable for my dad's suffering as the services promised were not met. You can reach me at ************
