    On Aug 22nd, A 4th eligibility exam was finalized by mistake. Called same day to ****************** and college of nurses of ******* to inform them of the mistake and requested cancelation and request full refund. Informed them of intent of not doing nursing anymore. After a week of back and forth, contacted ***** on Aug 27, as I was intructed by ****************** and informed ***** of this mistake. After days of back and forth with *****, they still would not provide a refund. They stole my money for a product that I won't use/receive. I've got all the email correspondence of this that I am glad to provide if requested.... very Fraudulent business practice that should be investigated

    ***** Examination policy explicitly states that there are no refunds of ***** fees for any reason. All candidates registering for the exam are required to acknowledge this policy which is communicated at the time of purchase.

    This policy is also printed in the ***** Examination Candidate Bulletin (extracted page with policy highlighted attached),posted on ********************************************; and included in the **** section (page with highlighted section attached) of the ********* website.


    In correspondence with **** *** ***** reiterated this policy and informed him that the organization does not make exceptions to this policy.

    I am rejecting this response because: as I have mentioned to the ncsbn, this was not booked by me and it was booked without my knowledge, I only learned of this the following day, because as I have made further inquiry to the one that touched my account. They said they were just looking at something and didn't expect that the booking would go through, that the booking system is faulty, since I took the exam on Aug 21, and and this incident happened on Aug 22 at 2am, so, not even my result of Aug 21 exam has been released yet, so why would the booking system approve and take the money, when in fact, it shouldn't do that. there is not much protection placed by the entity to the consumer and i think this is their way to earn extra from people.. And I requested  assistance immediately, that same day, once I found out about this error, to ******************, CRNA and ***** but unfortunately, since ***** is the one with the final say, they don't want to understand what happend and wants to just get my money. I think this is a very poor business practice standard by the entity itself.

    I paid $200 and completed my NCLEX RN exam on 3/16. Per the company website the results will be available no later than 48 hours after the exam. I have called ******* Vue, ** board of nursing and NCSBN. I was on hold for over 4 hours with ******* Vue to be told to call NCSBN at ************ and was told by ****** the same thing that my results were on hold pending an investigation and he could not give me a time frame.
