    Our business was moving into a new space and first engaged with ***************** Furniture/Cubicle Concepts in April. They had used cubes that we had liked on their website and so we inquired about those cubes first. I spoke with ***, who I now know is the owner. We also needed new cubes so *** provided us with options for those as well. At the end of May, she told me the price of the new cubes would be going up June 1st, so we needed to put a deposit down. She required a 70% deposit for new furniture, so we paid her $17,198 for the furniture and a portion of the installation. She required a 50% deposit for the used cubes, which we also paid. We were looking to move into our new space by Aug. 1st, so in July, I followed up with her to see if the new cubes had come in yet and she kept saying, no, they will be here next week and kept delaying. I also asked about installing the used cubes and she ended up installing those at the end of July, but they were installed wrong, so we had to make many changes to get them the way they were supposed to look. I continued to ask about the new cubes and would either not respond or keep delaying. I asked mid-Aug and she told me some of the parts were delayed until Aug 30. Aug 30 came and went and then she again, would either not respond or this time told me they were delayed shipping because of the hurricane. I noticed on one of the drawings she had provided that the name of the manufacturer had been left on there, so I called them. They told me the deposit was never paid and they couldn't ship it out until it was. We paid *** the deposit at the end of May! It is now Oct and we still have no new cubes, are out $17,198 and have not heard from her. We want a refund and her to stop doing this to other businesses. We wrote a ****** review and in looking more closely at some of the other reviews, this has happened to multiple businesses/people in the past. I have attached our letter from our attorney with exhibits.
