  COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT **** THEM TOUR MONEY!!!! Save yourself the financial stress and open with E-Commerce, Robinhood, a local credit union DO NOT GIVE ALBERT ACCESS TO YOUR BANK! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY OVERTIME THEN WHEN YOU GO TO GET IT BACK THEY WOMT LET YOU THEY MAKE UP EVERY EXCUSE THEY CAN AND ASK YOU TO COME UP WITH DOCUMENTS THAT THE BANK WILL NOT PROVIDE. You cant get your money back!

  Poor customer service. Left on hold for almost 2 hours then have agents that are from ********** broken English I highly do NOT recommend doing anything with Albert

  I never meant to sign up for a year and I cancelled a month ahead of time and figured they owed me $16 and they said something about it offsetting a bonus at the end of the year. Also my free credit report cost $24. I find they take advantage of us. I now read all fine print. I wish I would have cancelled right away but they would probably take the $132 too.

  This is in reference to the Albert app that lets you ****** money until payday. I have used them and they took their money back and a month later they took another $100 then $12 which I didnt owe and I have been emailing with no success and today they took another $100 so I recommend not to even download this app. And I will get my money back!!!

  Every time I turn around money is being withdrawn from my account even at one time leaving me in the negative!! There is nobody to speak to so going back and forth on a text app is beyond annoying and the directions given to get my money back have failed. I followed the steps and nothing! When I tried to withdraw my own money back to my account it tells me there is no money available!! DO NOT JOIN THIS APP!!! And I still want my money back!!!!

  Within the last week the app has taken $240. What was originally a 75$ turned into a complete nightmare. Sure they let you borrow x amount, then a few days later they went into my savings account and took 144$ for and annual subscription I never new anything about. After confronting them in an automated text, they said they will do a prorated and give back the 11 months I never used. One day later another charge for 12.99$ for the now "monthly subscription" I still don't want. I don't understand how a company that you borrow from when your in need can actually do this to people. Be warey of this company. Also, still havent received a refund of any sort, and out 165$ for needing help. Thanks Albert but **** is way better.

  Albert Genius has taken $8 monthly for one full year. I requested them to stop several times. They have given me the run around and promised to stop any further transactions but that did not happen until one calendar year had passed. Is this common practice for Albert? I warn any consumer to be very cautious. Never do business with Albert Genius!

  Albert app took a payment out of my account for the annual subscription. I requested a refund and also the authorization code for the payment that was taken out . I have been getting the run around . Please do NOT use Albert !!
