    I ordered 2 items from this company online. They sent me the incorrect size. I ordered XL, they sent me 3XL, when I got in touch with the company they would not send me the correct size, nor give me a refund until I sent the 2 items back. But they also would not give me a shipping label and I had to pay an additional $30 to ship it off to *****. The address they gave me was incorrect. It took almost a year for the package to make its way back to my mailbox and I still cannot get my money back or the correct size. I have gone back and forth with them so many times.

    Feb 20, 2023 Flawlessfit?bodysuit order #**** Buy one get one free: order total $41.30 I ordered through shoppay and reached out through email 4 times without any form of response. So thats why I have waited to escalate my issue to here. I ordered a tan and black body suit for the promotion buy one get one free and never received my purchase nor received a refund.

    I saw an advertisement on my instagram page for a company called flawless fit, I clicked the attached link and it took me to their website where I proceeded to purchase two clothing items. I used my credit card and was charged $59.87 ********, this was on February 20th 2023. After hearing nothing for a few weeks about my order I emailed the help email which is ************************************* where they assured me my order was on the way as it was shipped on their end and now in hands of the shipping company. I was provided a tracking link that didn't work and said it didn't exist. I told them the links said my order didn't exist and they told me to get in contact with the courier myself and provided contact info, but when I sent a message I received no reply. They asked me tell them what the courier said when I heard back and I told them I never did. I became increasingly frustrated as it had been almost a month since my purchase, so I requested a refund instead. They told me they could not provide me one since they sent out the order on their end. They said if the courier updated the status of my package to "lost in transit" then they could resend the package but at that point it was it was the end of March and I just wanted my money back. They kept telling me this issue was being "escalated to the highest level" but it all seemed like a scam. I sent two more follow up emails and now there have been no replies, and I can't find their website anymore.

    The first issue I had was that I never received a tracking number. When I emailed the company about not receiving my order, or a tracking number; they told me that it must have been lost because of an influx of orders. I purchased my order (#****) on 02/27/23, and paid $43.28 (the products were $39.95, and shipping was $3.33, no tax was charged). I waited 20 days for a tracking number, or any communication from the company. Then on March 19th 2023, I emailed to ask them for a tracking number. We emailed back and forth until March 28th, every email I received said they had "this escalated to our fulfillment team", and I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund 3 different times before ever receiving it. Once I received the product in the mail (never received a tracking number) I tried it on, and it did not fit. Naturally, I went to their page to return the product and get a refund, and the email listed responds "Unable to deliver". I emailed the company via the email I had previously been communicating with; and no communication has been received back.

    The company name is Flawless Fit. I ordered 2 bodysuits, one black and one beige. The items were on sale as Buy 1 Get 1 Free. The total amount I paid for the items was $43.28. My order was placed on 2/21/2023. I received an email on 2/22/2023 stating that a shipment from order #**** was on its way. The original tracking number I was provided was yanwen tracking number: UH044339693YP On 3/10/2023, I contacted ************************************* to inquire about the delivery status. I was told the delivery date would be **** days after fulfillment. Today is 3/18/2023 and I still have not received my order. I sent a follow-up email today, 3/18/2023, at 9:14p.m. asking to cancel my order and receive a refund. I have not received a response yet.The website I ordered these items from is:********************************* believe this website is a scam. Through doing further research, I have since seen others review the site as a scam and state that they were directed to a company in ***** when they asked for a refund and said company did not have any records of an order. Those who did happen to receive a product stated that the items were not the same as those advertised on the site, whether it be the wrong size or of lesser quality.At a minimum, I would like my money to be refunded and my personal information to not be used/shared by this company. Ideally, the company would be stopped so others do not fall victim to the same issue as I did.
